Would rate zero stars if possible. Service centre manager and admin are hopeless. I had extremely similar interactions as other customers who have left reviews - Admin lady advised a part needed to be ordered for my car, 6 weeks later and no update. I phoned several times to follow up and service centre staff had no part, no updates, no information and absolutely no clue! Not a single task that was required to assist my enquiry was actioned, even after countless follow up calls. Ended up driving an additional hour to another dealership who had my issue sorted in less than a day. Goes to show that the issue at Gosford Jeep is lazy, incompetent staff and not the company’s procedures and stock ordering issues, which is what the staff continually used as an excuse for their subpar service.
Sales team a great though, as they’re happy to take your money. Don’t expect any further service from Gosford Jeep after buying a vehicle there.

Avoid this dealership at all costs! I can support all the other negative reviews that mention hopeless staff and extremely poor customer service from staff and Manager in the Service Department. I have been waiting for 7 weeks to hear back about the status of a warranty claim after being initially told the process and repairs would take about 4-6 weeks to finalise, as well as the replacement of a vehicle part. I have called up on multiple occasions to seek an update and Maryanne provides absolutely no clarification or information on the matter at all - she talks in circles to avoid addressing the direct issue and is rude and abrupt throughout every interaction. I then felt I had no other option than to raise my issue with the manager James. I was once again met with poor communication and nonchalant attitude. I was asked to bring my vehicle into the dealership on two seperate occasions to have the part replaced, however on the first occasion I was told the part was not at the dealership (they had clarified prior to my appointment the part had been ordered). On the second occasion and after having my vehicle for half a day, I arrived to pick my car up and was told the wrong part had been ordered and once again, they had not been able to replace the part. Both times I had to take the day off work to take my vehicle into the dealership to be worked on. James gave countless excuses as to why they had once again wasted another day with my vehicle without actually making any repairs at all and even went as so far to tell us they tried to fit a part to my vehicle that was for another customer to “help us out”. He was defensive and even went so far as to tell me to “take my emotion out of the situation”. Considering James failed to action and follow through with what would appear to be a simple task (ordering and replacing a sun visor and providing clear communication on the status of a claim) on 2 seperate occasions, his poor attitude and lack of understanding provided a great display of his inadequacies as a manager.
To add to the hopeless culture of the dealership, on my initial visit I overheard a mechanic tell another employee that he accidentally opened a car door into anothers customers vehicle.

DON'T EVER take your vehicle here!
the most rudest and hopeless place going, took our vehicle here they then admitted that one of the ''apprentices'' left a door open for hours with the interior lights on draining the battery causing us to need a new one which we were forced to pay for no apologies just said sometimes these things just happen.like a lot of other comments they are lying thieves who care only about making top $$$ also heard one guy behind the desk that particular morning swearing and yelling at someone over the phone not professional at all perhaps another unhappy customer on the other end i'm sure.

Excellent to deal with and kept helping out even after the car was purchased. Plus the Gladiator is a terrific truck! Highly recommended.

Worst car company in Austrlaia. Trying to get an ecu from America was told 6 weeks it's now been 3 months and they still say another 3 month wait.

Read the reviews before thinking about taking your car here.
I’ve been back and forth trying to get my Jeep fixed since July this year. They kept getting it wrong, forgetting to order the part, then ordering the wrong part, then the part is on back order for 4 weeks, I follow up them up in 6 weeks, not there yet, will check with supplier and call back… weeks later, not call back, I call them, they have no idea who I am or what part of supposed to be on order, they’ll look into it and call me back. They’re always ‘going to call me back’, and never do.
When I do get into someone, she speaks to me with the worst attitude.
I called another place in Somersby, they had my car for a total of 48hrs. Fixed.
I just don’t know how you guys can be so terrible. Not to mention I bought a 100k car from you in July.
Ring the sales guy, he’s going to put a rocket up the service department…. Weeks later…. Nothing.
Just hopeless.

Went in for a service was told I needed a part that would take 4-12 weeks, 6 months later and multiple phone calls to chase them up and I’m still waiting for them to call me back to let me know the status.

Do not go here, they're a bunch of lying thieves. Booked an appointment to do a diagnostic on a warning light for my 4x4 system. And do a service on it.

In the end they didn't do a diagnostic, just wiped all codes (which doesn't resolve the issue) changed a few filters and oil, and changed one headlight and charged me $1400.
Their justification was you "you bought a jeep expect us to charge more"
After picking up my car noticed my jeep was still driving weird and warning light reappeared.
They've since practically accused me of lying because they fixed the issue?
The issue wasn't resolved, they lied about doing a proper diagnostic and blamed me for buying an expensive car. Avoid at all costs!
Would give zero stars if possible

It's hard to get a sales person (email, phone, online, at dealership), but even when you do, the new product (Grand Cherokee) is so disappointing without a diesel option.

Unquestionably the most dishonest and incompetent service of any brand or dealership.almost three months to replace a transmission and battery under warranty. 47klms after collecting the car it's back on a tow truck and guess what the car needed a new transmission and battery. I feel sorry forJeep having such hopeless dealers in their network. Avoid at all costs the reviews of their service department say it all!

My car was in for a recall and was supposed to be free of charge.they said if you want it it be fix you will have to pay for it.this place tries to scam you when clearly it’s a recall and NOT to be charged…

i went to another jeep dealership and was done free of charge on the spot.this place has low ratings i can see why ….

Worst service ever, disingenuous and completely misrepresented what we were buying then passed it off as. "no I told you that, maybe you didn't understand! Lee and Brenden both I would never trust.they lie and make promises and just never keep them. Once the commitment to buy was there the "service" was dropped. After complaining the response from Brenden was. "I have feelings too". Sorry mate.they just don;t matter in a busness transaction.
* Car was late.
* Child seats installed by no qualified person.
* Features mentioned were not included.
* Follow up timelines just missed and had to be chased by us.
Awful experience.if you buy a Jeep, just buy it from somewhere else!

Great dealer, great price with awesome sales team.
Bought my first brand new car and Brenden was just amazing and way he made the experience just phenomenal.
Brenden delivered what he promised and I’ll definitely be doing business with him in future if I need another car and will definitely recommend him to all my family and friends.
