Our reverse cycle ducted aircon system (over 20 years old) stopped working about a week before Christmas ‘22. Blaine from Celtic Air called around and advised us that the system was beyond repair. He gave us a quote for a replacement and this proved to be slightly lower than the competition. The work was completed on 12 January - as promised. Was at my place for 15mins, charged me $132 for there efforts. Miss diagnosed what the actual problem was. So all in all feeling ripped off and very disappointed about the way they conduct their business.

I’d like to express my gratitude for the installation completed by your ‘A Team’. These guys were all you expect from a team – punctual, polite, professional and courteous.

The job was thoroughly explained to me prior to commencement and i was kept informed at every stage. The men were all very approachable and accommodating and i was given every opportunity to express and discuss any concerns.

I had faith in the team and knew i could trust them as i left our home unattended to run errands. They interacted extremely well with my wife and I. The job was completed efficiently and i was given a thorough run through the operating procedure at a pace i could understand and remember, also giving me time to ask questions. It was a hot day for the boys but at no stage did that effect the way they conducted themselves.

An example of their integrity and honesty – They found an existing cracked tile in my roof and instead of letting it be, they told me about it, took the time to look for a replacement under the house and when none were found, patched it with silicone for me.

I was impressed with the clean up effort afterwards – inside and out, you wouldn’t know they were here. Finally, the installation looks amazing and works incredibly well.

We are all very impressed and more than happy to recommend Celtic air!
