Very good experience with Celine's meditation session. It let me feel relaxed physically and mentally. During the period I can feel myself better. Feel the feelings and energy in my body. That's great.

She is my first meditation Coach, its been couple of session with her and its really amazing. The way she guide through and the instrument she uses are in harmony with the meditation. I find it really helpful to my healthy mind and body.

I have attended some meditation sessions with Celine, and it makes me calm down. She irradiates magical energy. When you meet her, you will notice it.

Last week I had my second treatment with Céline - Attune to thrive, session 2.
Céline was very attentive to my energy. We kind of drift away from the original treatment soon after we started. I felt very safe with her, therefore lot of emotions emerged. That was when we decided to follow where my thoughts would take us, instead of confine it to the guided session.
It was beautiful, I became more aware of feelings I was holding back and of the way it had impacted my relationships with others and with myself.
Céline is very gentle, calm, mindful. But to me the most important thing is that she makes me feel SAFE. Without judgment, she listens with care to whatever I have to share with her, or not if you don't feel like it, and guides me through kindly.
