We have been dealing with Chris and his team for nearly three years now. Their performance over that time has led us to consider them as as "Our plumbers". All we need to do is to give them a call or message them and Kim is consistently back to us in less than an hour and the problem is resolved in under a day. All of the details of the jobs are routinely shared with us we are comfortable that Chris, Kim, and the team are mindful of keeping us informed and costs controlled. As an example of the service, Chris went above and beyond the call by working in the rain until well into the evening to ensure we had hot water. Their team members are intelligent, respectful, and thoughtful, especially when it comes to cleaning up after the job and letting us know what happens next. We cannot recommend CDL more highly and suggest that you give them a chance to help you as they have helped us.

Prompt attention to our hot water solar system has given us more life out of this system. They also cut off some palm leaves that were brushing up against the roof. You know it's not going to be a good day when you wake up on your birthday and hear the toilet gurgling! A "present" I didn't need! I called Chris who told me he would have two of his guys here within an hour and a half. They were here in less than an hour, polite, very friendly and knew exactly what the problem was, first go. Fixed in ten minutes flat. No mess and no hassles. In thirty years of being in business I have met some utterly terrible "tradies" but these guys were absolutely exceptional. Could not fault them, a credit to their professionalism and work ethic. Would not hesitate to recommend this business. Well done.

Called Chris at 9am on a Saturday for a blocked drain, job was done by 12pm. Very polite, respectful and professional. Very happy with the service and would have no problem recommending Chris for any plumbing work in the future.
