Very poor service. As the first time we required debt collecting services we expected better. Communication was poor at best. After months of continually asking what was happening they tell us the business we were chasing has just been placed into administration so they've closed the file from our end. Pity they didn't do more in the 8 months we employed their services prior to administration taking effect. We would have had more success doing this ourselves. Save yourself the heartache & avoid dealing with this company.

The service and overall process was very good however, if you have a debt of less than 4-5 K i wouldn't even bother. There's always one clown that decides they'd rather spend their money arguing for 6 months with a No Win outcome than actually paying their bill. Doesn't make sense does it?
I hope the lesson I've learnt from this helps others with their decision making. The time I spent resolving the matter could've been spent on my own business. That's much more invaluable.

I own a small business. I approached Pro-Collect with a bad debt of $1,269 owed to us by a private lady. 11 months later, Pro-Collect had charged us a total of $978.00 for fees, and then informed us that we have no chance of recovering the debt. At several intervals, they guaranteed that we would not be charged any more fees, then presented us with another invoice. Be warned!
