CBT Counselling & Psychotherapy

For someone who is supposed to be a counsellor, you are extremely rude. Your high level of anxiety does not reflect that of an empathetic, understanding or compassionate therapist and I am so glad this is how you reacted when I was calling to book an initial consult for a friend. I called early this morning. After not being given a response, I called back 6 hours later and it went straight to voicemail so I tried again, this time it rang out. You finally returned the call which I missed and promptly called you back. Instead of asking the purpose of why I had called, you snapped that you were on an international call, 'we're not happy that I had called' and proceeded to act like a childish brat telling me not to call back this number 'ever', all because I was calling to book an appointment and the times I called didn't suit your mood at the time. Pathetic service and very unprofessional. Glad we dodged a bullet. Would definitely not recommend this eccentric klutz.
