Amy Pfeiffer from CBRE North Sydney is an excellent Agent with great experience and knowledge.
Amy was very friendly and welcoming when we first communicated. She did the fairest and best effort between me and the lessor. During the lease communication period, the lease contract needed to be changed because of a change with my business partner. Amy also gave us a positive answer within one day, and finally let me sign the lease contract, which is the best result for me and the lessor.
Amy not only helped me with the lease negotiation but also reminded us of possible problems at each stage and avoided some unwanted mistakes. She also initiative recommends power companies, insurance companies, etc. It took us a lot of time to judge.
I will recommend Amy without hesitation to anyone looking for a commercial office or wanting to rent their commercial asset.
