I have had many incidents with devices that have always needed some attention, every time I’ve brought a device here - it’s always been fixable regardless of what other phone shops have said. So thankful to have a reliable phone repairer!

Conan is fantastic, very nice, knowledgeable and doesn’t rip you off.
James is also awesome and he fixed my Laptop that got wrecked by another repairer and he restored all my photos which I thought I’d lost.
I’d recommend CBD MOBILE to anyone and I would NEVER go anywhere else to get my devices fixed. I’d give 10 STARS if I could.

Took my phone to the wonderful guys here after several other places telling me my phone wasn’t fixable. Within a day my phone was back up and running and much cheaper than I expected. Won’t be taking my phones anywhere else from now on, these guys are amazing!

Good service i went back to their shop about what happen to my phone and they explain about it.

All was good until my phone went missing in the courier service whist being returned from the place they sent it to in Sydney. The CBD staff member i talked to on several occasions was unhelpful, condescending, and arrogant. He refused to give me a tracking number so i could could try to trace it's whereabouts myself, and said that this was pointless and
I needed to be patient, He talked over me constantly, and when i finally said to him, that he was being unhelpful and even rude, he went on and on about how many rave reviews he gets etc. He needs serious customer service retraining. The phone finally turned up 5 days after being sent via a same day courier, from Sydney to Gosford. These things happen, but the last thing you need is someone refusing to follow it up, and showing no empathy or care for the client. Very frustrating dealing with this man. The man working there when i dropped the phone in was Benji, and i found him most helpful. Its a shame i had to deal with this other man once things went wrong.

These guys are legends, dropped them an email, got a quick response, fixed my iPhone in 30 minutes and was fantastic service, honest advice and had the phone up and working in no time. Highly recommend Conan and the guys at CBD Mobile, will be my go to for all things iPhones
