I am so happy with how my hair turned out! From having virgin brown hair to now having blonde balayage blended perfectly into my natural hair - I am so impressed!

I don't know why I haven't given a 5 star rating already! I've been to catwalk a few times over the past years, and everytime I'm super impressed. I've had highlights, hair cuts and restyling, and brow and lash treatment. I would highly recommend.

I went for a highlight with long healthy hair and they burned my hair.
- It was so burnt that I had to cut about 20-30 centimeters of that right after highlighting and the rest is extremely damaged, dry, frizzy, and unmanageable
- For the result they blamed the last hair salon I had gone to do the roots! (the ends were colored by themselves).
- I don't believe that even if the previous salon had used unprofessional material it could be a good reason to justify burning my hair.since I have this experience from some years ago that I used unprofessional hair color at home and IT WAS DAMAGED and then I did bleaching and highlight without being burned in the salon.so the only thing that could be blamed is their low level of skills.
- I wish I had read the reviews about them first.

Had my first ‘nanoplasty’ hair straightening treatment here - highly recommend if you have frizzy hair! Thank you Tash for my hair transformation! And Mary for the cut
Treatment is more expensive than Keratin but much better, so easy to maintain as it eliminated need for heating tools, and my hair never looked healthier, hoping it lasts
My third visit to Catwalk, professional staff and friendly vibe, will definitely keep coming, worth the hike

Walked in the other day and was greeted by the friendly staff immediately. He patiently listened to my needs and questions, and made some good and honest suggestions. The owner was also very nice, even took the time to share some hair knowledge with me. Do go to them if you want good products with reasonable price, and good customer service!

Bought a Groupon and booked in for a Keratin treatment. I made sure to advise the team when I booked and when I got there that I had a Groupon.
When I finished the team told me that they had upgraded my treatment and that it would be a extra $60.
Nobody asked me if I wanted an upgrade or told me that they were doing something other than what I had booked for.
They then charged me an additional 'long hair fee' (my hair isn't particularly long-1cm past shoulders)
All this is particularly frustrating as a consumer.
One week after treatment, my hair is completely un-manageable again and the treatment has not taken at all.
I'd definitely go elsewhere if you are considering a treatment or service at this venue.

When I changed hair dressers I was a little bit scared. When your young hair dressers, dentists. ALL SCARY. But as soon as Jess, Marry and I started talking about funny huntsman spider stories that fear left. I love everything about this place. The stories, the hair cuts, the comfy chairs and the people. Thx so much Catwalk. You rock.

Went in for a balayage treatment, ended up with my top that I was wearing being ruined with hair bleech. It’s completely unwearable now. What’s even more disappointing is I emailed them about this and have received no reply, so they either don’t check their emails, which is unprofessional, or they don’t care, which is unprofessional.

Their chairs are also very uncomfortable and offered little back support for the 3+ hrs i was there. Had to ask for a cushion which made things mildly better. Mostly annoyed with the top.

I have been coming to this wonderful salon for many years now. It's so good to be back after such a long lockdown. I missed these beautiful people so much and feel blessed to have them in my life. They are more than just my hairdresser and beauty therapist. They are a significant part of my community. They make you feel so welcome and comfortable and I always feel so loved up when I go. Thanks Mary and the team. You are amazing?

Mary and her team do an amazing job, would highly recommend whether you’re getting your standard professional cut/colour, a special occasion or something outside the box.

Highly recommend! Manel from catwalk is absolutely amazing in doing foils. Always leaves my hair perfect, with perfect cuts also! From the beginning when I went lighter she always ensured to not damage my hair and kept it nice and healthy while still achieving the colour I wanted.

Manel was great! Thank you for your attention to detail in my cut, colour and blow dry. One very happy customer and will be a returning customer too:)

I highly recommend catwalk for laser, the room is very clean.
I've had bad experiences at other laser places as they don't know how to laser darker skin and I would always get burnt even if they had the darker skin machine.
The girls have extensive knowledge, good customer service and made me feel so comfortable after my traumatic experiences. I have now been going for one year and they have never burnt me and the results are amazing, leaving me absolutely hairless and soft.

They also do an amazing curly blowdry!

Trialled a Keratin Groupon voucher. The treatment was meant to take only 1 hour. I ended up there for 3 hours because all the girls got too busy. Which meant I was late to work. Disappointed with the service.

Thankyou Catwalk for always getting my blonde and hair extensions spot on. The girls have extensive knowledge on hair techniques and products which leaves my hair in good condition, not to mention the amazing blowdrys they can do.

I’ve been going to catwalk for two years now. I was referred by a friend. Mary and the girls are fantastic, they are professional, talented and friendly. I get my hair coloured and cut as well as all of my waxing. I always leave looking amazing with healthy shiny hair, no matter who I see. I would highly recommend catwalk

Ive been going to catwalk since i was 15 to get my eyebrows, laser and hair done and have never had a bad experience. The staff are the most beautiful people ive ever met and really make you feel comfortable. I would not go anywhere else.
