The chefs cook extremely beautifully, dedicated to the food they make. The restaurant's space is airy with a floral decoration style.

Had high tea at this venue and had a great time. The staff were very friendly and no ask was too much. The eastern high tea option offered a range of yummy selections and the ambience was very pleasing. Will be back again to try other items on the menu.

A lovely florist and cafe adorned with pretty decor. We came here for a high tea for a birthday. Looking at the menu, we expected a choice of our own drinks (tea, coffee or hot chocolate), but we only got a refillable tea to share with the group (in our experience, we have a choice of our own drink/teapot of choice). We also had to ask the staff for teacups, not everyone got a cup. Unfortunately, the finger food/sandwiches weren't good, didn't seem fresh. The staff were friendly though.

I experienced the Mrs Claus high tea and the decorations and food were amazing. I love that the cafe is mixed with a florist and the themed events are unique and fun.

Very unprofessional, arranged a booking for my sisters high tea and was quoted the amount on the menu, whilst awaiting RSVP to confirm numbers when going back in to place a deposit was told it was going to be an extra $10 per person as i have over 15 people. 26 in total No where on the menu does it disclose this information nor on the website, whilst speaking on the phone with the owner when in the shop the website was down I had checked it the day prior (obviously they knew they didn't have it disclosed on there) she also told me the lady that had served me and quoted me was fired due to this matter!
I would highly suggest anyone looking into this service to look elsewhere. I am obviously taken my business elsewhere.

Nice looking place that's undercut by the staff and their food. In the middle of a shopping centre, this Cafe is beautifully decorated (maybe a little too cluttered). That's about where the compliments stop. The service here is one of the laziest I've seen. The food isn't that much better, it's your classic over price and under deliver model you see from most cafes but this place really takes the cake by having most of their food taste pre-made or old.

Do not order the savoury dishes! Chicken was cold and dishes were missing ingredients- very misleading as we were not informed of this.

We ordered the korean fried chicken which was missing the salad. Also ordered the snow chicken burger which was missing the tomato, onion and salad. We told the staff about this and they said the chef already gave us extra chips to compensate for the missing ingredients. This was bizarre that a restaurant was missing this many ingredients. And the fact that the chef and the waitresses did not inform us of this prior to serving our food was a huge shock. Chicken was very unpleasant as it was way too big and it was cooked unevenly as parts of it were cold, hot or warm. This was the same with the chicken burger. At this point our family was angry and we got refunds for both dishes. Staff were nice and processed this smoothly, also gave us complimentary purple colour tea drinks which was the least that they can do. Sadly these drinks were extremely sour and bitter. This cafe should just remove their savoury menu or sack their chef because clearly they are not fit to serve these dishes.

I order my bridal flowers from a different company and when they arrived I was devastated, the were not what I asked for at all. I took my flowers down to the lovely lady at floristea in st clair and she transformed my flowers into something u will be happy to carry on my wedding day. I am beyond happy with the service I received. They ladies were very friendly and extremely helpful.

I ordered the Eastern High Tea for 4 but wasn't that impress with it. I was expecting better sandwichs jam and cucumber is all that they served us, and a few mini tuna buns sweet cakes for the price we paid i was expecting a better arrangement on the table eg flowers. On few occasions I had to get up and get cutlery. The soda drinks were made very poorly I order mango but I received a blue flat drink with some yellow thing in the bottom of the plastic cup did not taste like a mango drink.

Super friendly service, the drinks were really good. I had a peach tea it was really well made. Definitely will be coming back with my girls.

Very nice. Spent a nice day out with the girls. We ordered the fluffy pancakes and smashed avo. Very well done presentation was gorgeous, finished the whole meal. Definitely will be back again soon.

Took my friends out for lunch today and it was a super cute experience. Had lovely drinks on the menu that tasted amazing. We ordered a western high tea for 3 and it was delicious. Had lots of desserts and the scones and croissants tasted fresh. Will definitely come again.

Thank you for my daughter beautiful wedding bouquets they were absolutely stunning and sooo wonderfully hand made by this talented florist. Would highly recommend this lovely and beautiful lil floristto friends and families, thank you sooo much AAA+ 10/10

Was introduced to this place by a friend. Since then, I took 2 other friends to this place since and they've been impressed. Not only is the aesthetics of this place beautiful (inevitable, I suppose since it doubles as a flower shop as well as a cafe), I was happy with the customer service as well as the food. The menu is quite small, but from the 3 things I've tried, I think they do it quite well. As for customer service, one time the person I was with and I ordered drinks - one of the employees came up to us saying that she forgot to put sugar in the drink and apologised. We replied saying that it was okay. The drink tasted just fine anyway. She insisted on making another drink for us with the complete ingredients, on the house.

The only caveat I guess I have about this place – which sadly has been enough to tip over my otherwise positive opinion of this place – is the size and how that affects the way it accommodates for customers. The last time I "went" here, excited to show a new group of friends the place, we were sadly turned away by the employees because someone had booked the place I think (or a table or something with many guests) and they simply couldn't serve me and my friends due to there not being enough room for us, I believe. I honestly haven't been back since because I worry about being turned away again. A bit of a shame, really, because the food was nice and if you do manage to get a seat there, my customer service experience personally had been positive. I'm a bit torn between giving this 4 stars or 3, but given how that one experience has put me off from visiting again I will err on the side of cautious and give it 3 stars. Sorry.

High tea booked, below average food and servings, service and limited choices of beverages. Small shop but pretty with many floral arrangements due to being half florist shop.

We had a family (Western) high tea here to celebrate my mum's 80th birthday. Food was delicious, decor was beautiful, staff were friendly and efficient and atmosphere was lovely. A beautiful family celebration.

I contacted Floristea with a specific idea in mind for a bouquet of flowers for the dining table since we decided to spend our anniversary at home this year. They were absolutely accommodating and the flowers were stunning. They really added something to our little set up at home. Thanks so much!
