To whom it may concern
I wish to acknowledge how John Parsons of
Community Services in Waterloo came to help
my mother, who was in desperate need of a home to live. He was our knight in shining armor who made my mothers transition into independent living so much easier, with his care towards her, explaining every step of the way what was needed and also introducing her to other carers. My mother is 82 yrs old this is the 1st for her.
