Catherine Park Estate

It's ok, but somewhat indistinguishable from other urban sprawl settlements. It'll be better once the train goes in and the infrastructure works are completed

I visited a friend here. What an amazing suburb. I love all the wide, tree lined streets. So pretty! No wonder it is such a highly sought after suburb.

Went to this place for a visit, and we fell in love with the place and surroundings. I can see lots of potentials in this estate. It would be good to have more sports activity place i.e basketball, tennis, soccer and also more parks and small shops around would be nice too.

Nice area. No different to Oran park town though. It might sound prestigious, but its nothing like Harrington grove. Block sizes are just like every other estate. You get a few decent sizes, but majority are tiny. Please note that Catherine park is an estate IN the suburb of Oran park.

The sales people in here have no customer service skills, completely rude and arrogent! We were served by a lady called lisa khamas she is not out to help you but treat you as a number, not polite, does not know how to have a conversation, zero people skills. NOT sure why a highly sort after estate would have such a rude person selling. Not even one smile

We just purchased land today and I will say the Catherine park estate team have been amazing from start to finish.
Feeling the pressure of another land release day, everyone in the team was smiling and extremely helpful. Natalie you are great at your job and thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Quiet environment, beautiful landscape, good parks, neatly manicured parklands, good facilities, and friendly staff

Developing into a nice new area for families. Close to many amenities such as schools and shops

It's nice, but the entire area is just being flooded with houses now, everywhere. I miss seeing the cows grazing on lush green grass.
