Cath Adams Counselling

My experience with Cath was good in the begining, she did work with ACON. My sister was also going through emotional hardship so I recommended Cath. I was horrified when my sister and Cath developed a relationship outside of the counselling boundaries. Cath became a regular guest at families functions, parties etc. Even becoming a bridesmaid at my sisters wedding and still in the counselling relationship. My sister and I were almost inseparable. Now we have not spoken in over five years. Her help turned into hell. I've lost my sister.

Very positive experience as it was my first time seeing a counsellor and I would definitely recommend Cath and return if necessary. It’s good to have a support person I can go to.

Cath has been professional and caring, with her experience and knowledge Cath has offered solutions which helps you to understand and work through your issues. I have found Cath's counselling to be calming and relaxing, which helps you to talk about your issues without judgement or bias, leaving you with a light at the end of a traumatic tunnel.
