Castlereagh Imaging Norwest (Lakeview Private Hospital)

The place is so unorganized. I made appointment and been waiting 40 min then at the end after I inquired about the time they said sorry they don’t know how much longer it takes.
Lost my day off waiting with 7 hours fasting.
Won’t go back there.

Reception staff at call centre not very friendly. Hang up on me after I chased something up.

I get bad anxiety when it comes to these types of procedures however the staff were so lovely and accommodating and went above and beyond to make me feel more comfortable. Cannot thank them enough!

It's a shame for a good imaging place with good radiologists but a customer cannot trust one of their receptionists.

I went there on 15th May 2023 and this was the second time that the same receptionist woman served me for the payment.

I asked her twice, "Will you claim it to medicare for me? Or do I need to claim it by myself because the last time you said you will claim it for me but medicare staff said no claim has been submitted. " Then the receptionist said "You don't need to do anything now, I will claim it for you. You will receive the money back from medicare in 48 hours".

Today is the forth day and I still don't get money back from medicare. So, I called medicare and again, the same receptionist didn't claim mine to medicare!

Can you imagine if I didn't check my medicare claim history, I would lose around $600 from medicare for 2 services payments!

Hence, I told her that the spelling of my name in their system (I showed her the printed receipt) is wrong but she was too lazy to change it!

There were two other things that she said on that day that were not right! Too long to write it in this review!

Please train that receptionist! Train her to not lie to customer as well!

These guys saved the day for me! I needed an urgent same day MRI with results in 24 hours and I called around to everywhere desperate to get in.
Castlereagh Lakeview not only got me in the same day but had the results to my specialist the next day as promised. They never made me feel like I was asking too much and they completely understood that sometimes these things are urgent. The tech that did my MRI was amazing and I felt 100% cared for the entire time.
Will be returning here for all my imaging from now on. Thoroughly, thoroughly impressed by their compassion and willingness to help out a person in need. Thank you!
