I called to book an appointment for my newborn baby. The person who answered the phone did NOT listen to my request patiently. She was neither professional nor helpful. She gave me some irrelevant answers to my questions.
Also, she did not even try to find earliest appointment for my baby.

Went here recently for an ultrasound with a visible lump, was told quite rude & bluntly from sonagrapher there's nothing within seconds of the scan, report also had no findings.yet I've had a second opinion scan done & there is something!
Very unprofessional.

Went and had a ultrasound on my left arm
The lady was rough and rude I do not recommend this
Location at George Street Windsor even the staff were rude at reception at time of booking

Always use this centre. Find the wait times good & the staff helpful & efficient. Love the Ap to so I can access my information & images.

I have been going to Castlereagh Imaging for all my ex ray needs for over 30 years, but I will be not going back after one of their Receptionists reduced me to tears when I requested an appointment be changed as I had double booked.
Her exact words were, you have a red light on your name, and I have been told not to change any appointments for you. This will be the fourth time we will change your appointment!
This was absolutely untrue, and I then cancelled the 4 appointments I had made and went elsewhere!
When I rang and complained I was told someone in charge would contact me. I’m still waiting!

Britney was professional, courteous and patient throughout my entire 2 hour consultation. It was as pleasant an experience that a medical procedure can be.

Overall great experience. Having scans can be quite nerve wracking, but the empathy and care that Jenny showed me was so lovely. She never once made me feel uncomfortable or uncertain what was going to happen and continually checked I was doing okay. Thank you Jenny! It was really appreciated!

Extremely rude older lady done my ultrasound, barely spoke, asked me to take my top of while her standing in front of me, never introduced herself, never spoke throughout, I asked was there anything to be concerned about, she said just speak to your doctor, she showed no level of compassion, I was extremely anxious throughtout.

Today I was amazed at the compassion and empathy showed to me by Laura, Jenny and Nicole. Undergoing scans can sometimes be scary but these women made me feel comfortable and not stress about the whole process. They definitely found the niche job as they are brilliant at what they do. Thanks again ladies for all your hard work!

Blown away by how kind and helpful these people were!
Had to get a last minute CT scan and they went above and beyond to get it done and ready on time.
Absolutely amazing!

Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, appointment time was good, not running late or anything. Lady doing the scans was nice and thorough, only bad thing I will say is that the other employees there need to learn some manners, you can’t just waltz in when your co-worker is with a patient that has no bloody pants on! Knock first for gods sake. Also one of the receptionists needs to learn how to put a mask on properly, it goes over the nose not under, no point in wearing one then!

Reception staff kind and helpful, person doing the exam would have to have been a better fit personality wise in better in a Soviet era Gulag.

I went in for a biopsy, the woman that came in did not introduce herself and rushed me when having to remove some of my clothing as well as not giving me the privacy to do so. When she left the room she did not completely shut the door or the curtain.
The doctor that performed the procedure did not formally introduce himself and when speaking mumbled, not only was it uncomfortable to have such an invasive procedure to be done but I was seen by a male doctor. This doctor didn’t even let the local anistetic kick in before starting. I was unhappy with the the way this was conducted and would expect more polite conduct from medical professionals.

The lady doing the ultrasound was extremely rude, she was old but when we were finish no word spoken, just bolt outside the door and didn't return so we left so I hope she was finish. She was sooooo rude to like lie down keep flat stop moving, found the lump, lie down now where the lump again, r u dump mark the dam thing. Another than this lady everyone was very nice and helpful.

I come to the same place to do my mammogram and ultrasound from 2011. Past 6 years I have never ask or enquired about the free mammogram or ultrasound, I understood that a private business. When I booked for my annual mammogram and ultrasound they told, that the cost will be $350. When the scan get done the actual price was $400. I understand $50 may not be much, but what the point in lying, and this not the first time, as the something happened last year. The lady behind the counter explained to me that I'm "different" and different final price. I'm very disappointed in the customer service.
