Experience, professional service. I had flat tire at the weekend and was seeking for replace the same kind of the tire. Castle hill tyres gave me the quick feedback, got the one exactly what I need, and replace it in 2hours. Even I’m living in westmead area. I’m happy and appreciate their service.

This is absolutely the best experience ever! I have some hesitation about writing this review because I'm afraid they might get overly busy, and I won't be able to book a spot. But I really want to express my gratitude and appreciation because they saved me from a huge bill.

When Volkswagen handed me a long list of items that needed fixing, I became really worried about the cost.

However, Janice was so helpful and answered all my questions nicely. She had Genaro thoroughly check my car, guiding me through the list and showing me the parts that needed fixing and what didn't. In the end, I only had to fix a few things to ensure the car was safe to drive! Genaro even showed me how they fixed it, and they truly did a beautiful job connecting the hoses.

I must say, I was genuinely amazed by how my car felt after their service. It became so stable and smooth to drive, with no more coolant leaking, and I saved a lot on petrol. I even missed a few turns on the way home because my car just felt so easy to drive. It's like having a brand new car!

The biggest surprise, however, was my A/C. I didn't even mention the air conditioning issues to Genaro, as all the other mechanics, including Volkswagen and the person who sold me the car a year ago, had suggested changing the compressor, which I knew I couldn't afford. I am sure that I did not pay for the compressor. But guess what? After their service, my A/C is now working perfectly! OMG, I'm absolutely thrilled!

Had an emergency on my daughters car and needed replacement front tyres. I rang to book it in and they said bring it down now. Job done in half an hour and back on the road again. Could not recommend Generro and his staff more highly. Friendly and efficient service.

Called them in the late afternnon on a Friday as my car's warning indicator was on for a low presure rear tyer. They were very accommodating, and checked my car and had a quick repair. Also checked my other tyers. Very efficient, friendly and professional. I initially went a different tyer place seeking help where the technician said the tyer was not repairable. My tyer is Pirelli Scorpion Verde and had a small nail in the tyer. Highly recommend this place

Had some car issues while travelling from Brisbane to Perth and Castle Hill Tyre and Auto couldn’t have been more helpful! Robert, one of the mechanics there, spent hours diagnosing and fixing an unusual noise in my vehicle. The manager Genaro is very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout. Ended up getting my tyres replaced and wheel alignment done during the same visit. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend these guys! They also got me in same day to sort it so we could get on the road again. Very happy I found them while travelling through:)

This workshop is amazing. Very professional and honest. As a car guy myself, I knew the things that needed maintenance, and that’s exactly what they fixed. Their work is very clean, very reasonable prices and fast delivery. It was my first time going to them and it won’t be the last. Their follow ups and after service is great. I had to change my brakes as they worn off. And, service I was receiving from the dealership was not satisfying and way too expensive. Whereas, Castle Hill Tyre & Auto provided enough explanation on why and which brakes need to be changed. And, provide excellent and caring service throughout the repair. I will definitely come back to this automotive if I have another problem.

I gave two stars as the woman at reception was helpful and genuinely friendly. I am disappointed otherwise with the service and negligence that was offered to me. Not only we’re all the wheel nuts completely over tightened, I measured around 250 Newton metres, (they should be 90, so more than double, which the service people should know can end in catastrophic failure. I was also promised that the service would be done in just under an hour. I dropped my car off at 230, and ended up waiting until about 5pm. They offer tyres at a good price which is very disappointing because I thought I’d finally found a tyre shop I could trust. Easier maybe next time to do it myself, a shocking comment in light of assumed professionalism
