A big shout out to Ida and Musral for the amazing service! They both went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and made sure I could still have my scan done despite being a bit late. I’m forever grateful for them choosing to squeeze me in even though they didn’t have to. Musral does an amazing job making sure you feel comfortable throughout the whole process and I always have such detailed results in comparison to other diagnostic centres. Couldn’t recommend Musral enough!

I had injection on my knee today and the doctor was Dr Nick Chen. I’m so grateful that he was the one who did it because I hardly feel the needle going in. He has the lightest and gentlest hands I have ever experienced in having injections and I had so many of those. And the people working at the place are so friendly and cheerful and very helpful. Thank you all very much for making your patients feel comfortable and at ease. It helps a lot.

The phone booking system is very confusing and not helpful because it was a recorded message, not a real medical admin. However, the receptionist at the centre was very helpful and knowledgeable. The receptionist is bilingual in Cantonese and English. The medical service is good.
Reccomend patients to book in person.

Just recently I visited this diagnostic center for the treatment of my mother, I must mention that I had an exceptional experience with a receptionist as far I can remember, her name is Pooja. She warmly greeted me and provided thorough information about the services offered. I must say her professionalism and dedication to excellent customer service were outstanding, and I highly recommend this diagnostic center too. If you're looking for exceptional service, look no further than this location - and ask for Pooja!

The worst radiology service I have been to so far. The 1st time I went here for an ultrasound appointment I waited for 1.5 hours to be called in since the receptionist had given the wrong referral to the technician. In my 2nd visit I went in having an injury with a GP
referral for both xray and an ultrasound. They did the xray on arrival but I’ve been told it takes 5 days to get the ultrasound appointment. The lady at the reception said she booked me in for the appointment in 5days (the earliest appointment available) however since I didn’t get a confirmation I called them to check and she hadn’t booked me through So they offered me an appointment 1 week later (that is also mentioning the wrong side of the body where it needed to be scanned). However I kept chasing to accommodate into any cancellation and the one I got that time also been cancelled telling me that the technician is unwell. So I lost my previous booking as well. I got my job done at a different radiology with a same day appointment. I would only visit here for emergency when I have no other option. Even when phone them, the service isn’t really satisfactory and helpful. So not recommending if you can attend anywhere else. Synergy Radiology Bella Vista is one of the best services around for patients from Catsle Hill area.

Location is at the retail space of the residential buildings (corner of Old Northern Road and Crane Road).

I had my ultrasound done at another imaging centre in Pennant Hills but the centre at PH no longer offers bulk bill for needle aspiration so I tried out Castle Hill Diagnostics for the first time. I am glad I did! Receptionist (Ida) was very helpful and on top of things.

Very short waiting time and Dr was very professional and approachable. (Dr Nick Chen) He took the time to explain the procedure and exactly what he was going to do, and asked me if I agreed. I generally don’t like going in for needle aspirations but would definitely recommend this place and in particular Dr Chen.

Service overall was not great. Running up to an hour late, front desk not very helpful. Found this an extremely unprofessional and unhelpful service from front desk thru to Drs.

Today my son had CT scan with abdomen pain. All receptionists were friendly and helpful, especially the korean receptionist. The radiographer also very kind through the whole procedure. Also Dr Chen gave a quick report to go to the hospital. They were really efficient throughout the whole experience.

I had an injection in my knee dr Greenberg did it she is excellent, confident, gentle and wise enough to take the right decision, strongly recommend her

This is my second time using them. Bit disappointed this time. New staff, who tried to tell me my scans & reports belong to the referring doctor, not me and I would not have access to them. WRONG, Legally the patient is the owner of the information and they cannot withhold it from you. In the end, they backed down but only after I threatened to report them to Medicare and serve them with a legal demand. I think they just had no idea and were making it up as they went along.
It seems to be a common problem that Medical Receptionists forget they are customer service people and start power tripping and playing gatekeeper. If you own a medical practice you need to be vigilant over how your front-line staff are conducting themselves. Your business could be negatively impacted otherwise.

Easy to book, and they went out of their way to work with my limited availability. On arrival, reception was friendly and efficient. Wait time minimal. I was there for a full-torso CAT scan. The technician was very informative through the whole procedure. Their equipment was state of the art. Overall a very good experience. I would highly recommend this place
