Peter and his team at the Waverley store are amongst some of the most knowledgeable and professional Bathroom fittings+fixtures sales staff in sydney. They have a comprehensive knowledge of all Cass Brothers brands products and can quite often troubleshoot bathroom solutions efficiently for Builders, Plumbers, Tradespeople and Homeowners alike.
Can’t recommend this shop and team highly enough to anyone looking to build or renovate a new bathroom/laundry or kitchen

My dealings with Cass Brothers at Waverley has been above and beyond excellent. I have always attended the property with client request, their extensive knowledge of all the products that they stock is exceptional. I would always recommend Cass Brothers to all my clients for any plumbing items.

Sold us the wrong cistern after specifically giving the space requirements and when we called to switch it for the correct one we were originally told that it would be brought to store by Wednesday and that we would receive a text message when it’s ready. After hearing nothing we called back later in the week and were told that there was no record of the original call and the correct cistern wasn’t at the store so it wouldn’t be in until the following Monday.

Very annoying especially considering that the plumber had been booked in to install based on the original phone call.

Terrible service. Go somewhere else!

Walked in, sales people sitting. No help, no customer service. Asked for a brochure, I was told to go online.

Terrible attitude, never again on this shop. They lost a customer. I’ll go to Petersham next time.

Good prices, sloppy service. Did 3 entire bathrooms (fixtures and toilets)
Pros: Prices, range
Cons: Slow in responding to emails / calls, need multiple follow-ups. Reece is more professional (but more expensive)

Very good and helpful with sales of in shop products. After sales service and assistance is terrible. Bought a lot of Hansa stuff from Cass Brothers Bondi a while ago. Have required replacement parts after normal wear and tear. Have had to badger and pester staff to get parts or find they are no longer available. If possible deal with Peter.
Follow up review. Found fault was with supplier, not Cass Brothers. Only problem was communication of facts between us. My apologies to the after sales staff.

Appalling service. Tried to order a replacement part for our toilet seat, after weeks waiting, chasing & reminding them to get the parts delivered from an inner city warehouse. It turned out to be completely wrong. Sales person then palmed us off to some third party so we could work it out ourselves. Issue still not resolved. Didn't return our money, sent us home with a useless $200 toilet seat. Will not be going there again.

We initially had no preference for any supplier and visited all the big names. Cass were generally price competitive and price matched when they weren’t, however the real differentiator was Stephen Elphick. He took more interest, spent more time and was extremely practical and knowledgeable. Now that everything is installed we can see that his advice was spot on.

I have shopped at Cass Brothers 3 times now (more fool me). They have a great range but loose orders, don't place them, forget to follow up and have very little product knowledge. For example I paid in full for a shower screen that was supposed to take two weeks on the 28th August, it is now 7th October and I still don't have it.

My project was to totally renovate our bathroom. My wife & l were very happy with the range of products. The staff provided plenty of information about the product. Cass Brothers were very accommodating in storing our choice of products for a lengthy period due to unforeseen delay. Moreover, they were very helpful in replacing unopened & unsuitable product. In addition, we had a problem and they went way and beyond to solve it. The pricing was very competitive. We highly recommend their service & advice.
