Casino Golf Club

Great small club to visit, whether it be for golf or just a punt and a beer with mates. The club operates a courtesy bus Wednesday - Sunday. The club has full tab and Keno facilities and a small pokie room with indoor and outdoor areas. There is also a pool table to have a casual game of pool on. The food I have tried from the bistro has been delicious and the staff in the bar and bistro are friendly and professional.

We were a group of 18 golfing tragics who descended on the Casino Golf Course for a Saturday afternoon comp round and the following Sunday morning as a social round.
We found Casino Golf course to be a fabulous country course in impeccable condition considering the dry weather conditions.
Some long and challenging holes with very tricky greens.
Superb friendly staff treating us to their best hospitality and service making us feel very welcome.
Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to have some enjoyable golf amongst super friendly people.

What ashame, I heard good things with the food here. But unfortunately my recent experience wasn't the best. Not sure whats happened but the steak was quite tough. Considering its beef country and the cost, to be honest not worth another visit. But im sure with better produce, this place will possibly have potential. Keep on improving to gain more stars. Beautiful meals, fresh and hot. Served by young polite staff. Great to finally come back for lovely night out with the family.

Came to have dinner. At 620pm on a Saturday night I was told that we can't order food, they had run out. At 620pm on a Saturday. As there were under 20 people in the entire place I found this a rather poor excuse. Even the lady doing the karaoke was denied service. The staff at the kitchen counter was rude when telling me

The service was friendly but most of the menu was unavailable. The steaks we got were the worst Iv ever had - a shame for the beef capital. Ordered them medium rare and they came out very well done

Good challenging course. Not a fan of freshly cored and sanded greens to play on. Local knowledge is suppose.

The bistro is way over priced for the tiny portions they call a meal and there salad conist of cabbage and tomato that's it 2 out of 10 for bistro

I went there not impressed at all. I was there to take my new partner and mother in law for tea and there was no vegetables at all and that brought our dinner out at different time.come on casino

A relaxed club environment that has only gotten better these last few years. Clean, fresh beer served by staff that know how to pour properly is a massive plus in my books.
It sports a small coffee lounge next to the Restaurant, which also provides an interesting menu.
The golf links themselves are in the top three for the Far North Coast.

Yesterday 6th November 2022 my wife and I visited Casino Golf club and had the worst lunch we have ever had in a club.
I was informed there was a senior menu.
I ordered rissoles with vegetables and mash. I was told there were no vegetables.
When the pathetic meal arrived there was one rissole and a small dob of mash. My wife had lambs fry and mash. I asked if I could have a bit of lambs fry as there was no vegetables. My request was refused.
We were informed by a local member we should have went to the RSL club as they provide a good meal.
We will not vist the Golf Club again for a meal or for any other reason.
One can see why clubs are going to the wall when horrible meals are served like this club.

Love the casino golf c.f. Luv lovely atmosphere for young and old, get a t family night out for a feed at the restaurant or play pool and pokies, with friendliest staff in the country.

Dining area was comfortable, but the radio was playing footy instead the music, there are TV outside can eating and watching the game there, so in my personal opinion, maybe play some music will be good if ppl wanna relex or chat in dinning area？

A must play club, good friendly bar environment, with an 18 hole course. Do you need anything else?

The foods not worth the money it is overpriced we had to go to MacDonalds after the staff is very rude we will not be going back the fish was undercooked we asked for gravy and did not get any not worth the money just go to McDonald's ps not going back yuck

Played pennants there a few years ago in May. Enjoyed the course & the Club house. Staff were great. ️‍️
