Knowledgeable and very helpful owner who explained how and why things happen. Good old fashioned SERVICE. Recommended.

Having been a regular customer for many years and happy with the service, thought it was time to write a review. The owner, Denise has always been pleasant, and with her 'no-nonsense' approach has fixed my occasional printer/ink problems as they've cropped up. She has given me good advice which I could easily follow and apply. If I couldn't fix the problem, she's been only too happy to check my printer in the shop and rectify the issue. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I also endorse the measures such as cartridge refilling, to reduce landfill.

I agree with a number of the reviews below. Definitely find another shop to buy your printer cartridges from. Unless, of course, you enjoy buying them from a belligerent business owner who takes the default stance that the problems you're having with 1 ink cartridge (when all the others that you've only just bought from her store work just fine) are due to:

a) the brand of printer that you chose to buy,
b) you probably haven't been using your printer properly,
c) you're obviously not telling her the truth about how many times you've been through the head cleaning and nozzle check process (because whatever number you tell her you will always need to do more than that.)

Clearly it's a faulty cartridge, not user error. The simple solution would have been to offer to replace it and everyone moves on but, no, blaming the customer is her first reaction. I've received similar treatment from this lady in the past but chose to give her business another chance. Only last week I witnessed her dishing out the same treatment to an elderly man when I was in her shop buying the above-mentioned cartridges. Between my own experiences, what I've witnessed and now reading the reviews below.no more chances.

I always buy local and support local businesses where I can before shopping online but this is one local business that won't be getting another dollar out of me. Very disappointing.

One of the problems with printer ink cartridges is that they run out.often at the wrong time. I dropped mine off for a refill and refilled it was for just $20 which is way below what a new cartridge costs. The owner was pleasant with me despite having had to deal with an unhappy potential customer before me who was not happy to learn that his colour cartridge's interface had died and while it could have been refilled, will not actually print ever again.

Fast service is offered backed by a lot of product knowledge that is not always absorbed happily by printer owners.

At the start of Covid we had to buy a printer n Denise was very helpful. The one I had ordered was delayed so she contacted me n suggested another one n then arranged for hef daughter to drop off the toner n paper I had also ordered so I would be ready to go when the printer arrived. Will certainly go back there.

Denise certainly knows her stuff! I appreciated her no nonsense approach to her work. Despite her work increase due to the pandemic, she made time to give great quality customer service for my small job on both occasions, was quick to return my call and even made a fuss of the kids

Definitely recommend going here if you feel like having a lady scream at you instead of helping you.

I walked into the store and asked for an ink cartridge for an XP 35. The lady behind the counter swore that a man had literally "just walked out of the store with the last one" but if I put my name down for one, and paid on the spot, she had re-ordered some and they would be in the next day. I decided to try one other store nearby, and discovered that I was calling it by the wrong name, and it was actually XP-235, and XP-35 doesn't even exist! I feel like she blatantly made up the "last one just sold" story to get me to pay for something that she didn't have in stock. I don't like being lied to, and definitely won't go back there.

I ordered ink cartridges and paid $60.
Great. They only had to send it from Tweed to Murwillumbah. Its been about 10 days. I've called several times. Not once did Denise call me to advise what might have happened. I have called her several times and my husband has called in. Still no package. Very poor customer service.
I won't go there again. How hard is it to pick up the phone and find out from the supplier where the goods have been sent? And wouldn't you send the customer their order and follow up with the supplier for refund? Cartridge World didn't do a thing. Just hoped we'd go away.
Anita from Murwillumbah
