Cartridge World St Marys

Use to buy from this Cartridge World years ago when I lived in St Marys. I was passing through and remembered I need ink so I decided to stop to try and "buy local". When I walked in and saw new management, I immediately felt like leaving but I didn't want to be rude. So I ask for the T212 pack for Epson 4100 printer. The man then says he will give me the Cartridge World brand as it is cheaper and proceeds to charge me $83, and with a straight face tells me how these are the XL so its a good deal. I knew it was high but I figured maybe by like 5-10 bucks so I went ahead and purchased. I get home google and Office Works has the same XL pack for $57. I understand the small shops have to make a profit but now because of your misplaced greed you have lost a potential repeat customer with a small business. Would recommend staying as far away from this place as you can

Best printer company I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Always happy to help, they deliver the cartridges, reasonable prices, and today they generously helped me by dropping off my printer at my house after servicing because I couldn't get to the store. Highly recommend and I would never buy toner from another company while I'm in the area.

With limited knowledge of replacing the print toner in our newly acquired printer, I rang Cartridge World St Marys, and the manager not only knew exactly what I needed, he hand delivered and installed it for us.

Recently purchased a cartridge for $40, brought it home and it didn't work at all. Jumped online and found the same cartridge for $25 delivered to my door, and it works. We used to buy a fair bit from this place when the old owners were there. Service and prices were always great. You've lost us Cartridge World.

I have been dealing with Cartridge World, St Marys for over 10 years now. The previous owners were always very courteous and professional. In the last couple of years I believe Cartridge World St Marys have been under new management, and their standard of service is just as commendable. Today I had a few problems when I put in a new cartridge. When I called, they asked me to bring my printer in. I was happy to do this. The ladies who attended to me were ever so helpful and courteous, just as they have been whenever I have phoned them. What impressed me more than anything else was the extent to which they went to help me out today. Another cartridge had to be sent out to me. I thought they said it would arrive around 5.30pm. When it didn't, I locked the front gate for the night. Later when I checked my phone there were a couple of calls after 6pm which I didn't hear, and a message was left by Sebastian who had tried to deliver the cartridge after I had locked up. I returned Sebastian's call, only to find he was sitting in his car in front of my house all the while waiting for me to return his call. This is above and beyond the call of duty. I have never experienced service like this, and would like to say a special thank you to the ladies at Cartridge World St Marys, and in particular to Sebastian. You made my evening! Wish you every success in your business.

Just reading the reviews and i thought I would say have been using these guys for years, they quote, order, deliver and install very quickly. I have price compared between officeworks, others supliers and themselves and they always come out on top. The guys are helpful to a T
