Could not speak highly enough of the efficiency and helpfulness of Mark at Cartridge World Neutral Bay. I am a rusted on loyal customer because I know I can trust their advice and integrity.

Over several years now I have always received outstanding service and support for all my printing needs. Today was just a typical example helping me with my printer, on a problem I had created.

Not even one star but I had to put one. I ordered one black and 3 colour cartridges to have in stock - to ensure I did not run out. When I opened the yellow the powder had spilled out of the cartridge and had to be thrown out. The businesses reponse to my enquiry re this was that I should have sent a photo when I received the cartridge. I have just opened the blue one and this has spilt into the bag. Open your bags as soon as they arrive so you can check and complain and get some sort of compensation.

Mark provides excellent customer service and ensures all our needs are covered when he does a service call.

I have been an extremely satisfied customer at Cartridge World Neutral Bay for eight years. The service is authentically five-star - friendly, courteous, helpful always, and the staff are an excellent source of advice in keeping my nine-year-old Brother in top running order. I also enjoy being able to access discounts using my Frequent Filler Card! Being able to shop locally for cartridges matters too these days!

These guys provide awesome service. I was trying to get my hands on a specific printer that no other suppliers had in stock due to covid stock shortages. Mark went out of his way to source one from Melbourne and get it shipped up to Sydney for me. Then when I saw it, I hadn't checked the size properly online and it was too big. Mark was happy to swap it for another one that he had in stock. And all with a smile and cheerful disposition - unbeatable service!

We have been dealing with Mark for a few years now with both our business and personal printer requirements. Mark is knowledgeable and extremely helpful in assisting us with all aspects relating to Printers, Cartridges, toners etc in terms of what product is suitable to our individual business needs. If we had any issues he is quick to respond and assist us in resolving the problem. He is honest and reliable.

I have had the "let me finish" from this entitled little man. Also "I wouldn't tell you how to do your job, so don't tell me how to do mine. " Not just the "service" in store but the blocking of cars in the laneway behind as his Bema takes more room than his block of cement, which he insists is a parking spot. Just plain nasty & bashes generic products to the heavens unless they are CW. The generic from Woolies seems to work fine thankfully. Go on, little man, bash me back. It's your style.

Not very helpful. Was seeking to purchase a common Brother computer ink cartridge. Showed the old one but all too hard for the woman who served me. Purchased elsewhere.

The customer services was very nice the staff very friendly and helpful I walk to the shop and tell all my needs about a printer and they helped me with everything. Also they had being searching online information to give me the best solution for my business. Great job. Thanks.

Terrible confrontational and cynical service when I’ve been a loyal customer for 2 years. To try and explain that I only get circa 600 pages from a cartridge, to be told ‘. Let me finish. ’ ‘. So what do you want me to do. ’ type attitude! MISLEADING statement up to 1,000 copies means if you get 500-600 ‘what do you want me to do’ in your face attitude.

DO NOT BUY A GENERIC CARTRIDGE FROM CARTRIDGE WORLD - they don’t last!

A typical response from a very defensive and uninterested individual who dissed me off before we could take the conversation further. Confrontation doesn’t deserve any support or entertain any further conversation in the matter. End game, I choose not to waste my time with people or businesses that don’t show you any respect when you ask for service.

Mark offers a very professional service and is always available to assist with cartridge supplies and printer needs. He freely offers support if there's a problem with any of the products he sells. His expanding office supplies business is a real asset for the local area.

Having run out of cartridge ink (backup had unknowingly dried out), I drove to 2 Officeworks outlets to find they had run out of stock of the cartridge I needed. They offered to order it in, however, that could be expected to take 2 or 3 business days, so, could, with the weekend, go into next week. I couldn't "afford" to wait that long. Btw, the cartridge, although unavailable, at Officeworks, is $76.00. Back in my office, unsure of where I could get a new cartridge quickly, I phoned another Officeworks store and they didn't have any stock either, however, when I asked for suggestions, the fellow suggested Cartridge World. I called Cartridge World at Neutral Bay and although, not in stock, the service I received from Mark Cullen was fabulous, such service very rare to receive these days. Although not in stock, Mark promised to have the cartridge delivered to me the following day (ie today) by the afternoon, with the cost being $65.00 each, so I ordered 2 (note: - price and delivery timeframe difference with Officeworks, also less expensive than on-line). This was already great in its service and price, then to have the cartridges actually arrive on my doorstep around 1.00 pm today was even better. I can't thank and commend Mark Cullen enough for his excellent service, price and, generally, his assistance. I certainly expect to be going straight to Mark, at his Cartridge World store, for my ink cartridges in future. Thanks again Mark. Best wishes. David.

Great experience! Bought generic toner which unfortunately failed after 12 pages, and the friendly staff were happy to swap for genuine with no fuss (I paid the difference of course). Great guys, very helpful, no stress experience. Recommended!:)

I recently visited Cartridge World Neutral Bay to purchase toners for my printer. I was in and out with my toner in about 15 min. The sales staff was very helpful and efficient. Thank you for a quick response!

Great service, visited the store to purchase my printer ink, I started talking about a few problems that I was having with my printer. I received some valuable advise on hiw to fix these problems as well they offered to take a look at my printer. Very friendly and helpful staff. Purchased 2 more printers for the office.

Crappy customer service. Came in looking for a cartridge, got belittled, patronised, shown no courtesy and the guy missed an opportunity to sell me a printer. Then retailers think that Amazon is a threat. The real threat is the crappy service retailers give. I will be buying my cartridge on Amazon. Wouldn't be surprised if this business goes under in a few years even months.
