We have bought two printers here, together with cartridges and other supplies. First class service and very helpful advice over several years.

Weve been buying from the guys at Cartridge Extra for 2 years now, since we moved our office to Crows Nest. Obliging, knowledgeable, great service and very well priced. Shop local!

Contacted them twice over a couple of days online enquiring if they had a quantity of a certain brand of ink cartridge. No response from them at all.

So after that I contacted Officeworks online, got a reply in 30 minutes! Picked up all the cartridges the next day at a very competitive price. Lesson learned — stick to a professional company and forget this lot.

Excellent service and excellent price for cartridges. So very helpful and offers very welcome customer service. My problem with my printer and cartridges was fixed immediately. I will definitely be shopping for all my printer needs at Cartridge Extra rather than the bigger retailers.

Went in and bought some ink for a spare printer and was telling Andrew our HP printer is broken, he came in (local business) and fixed the printer for us and free of charge.saved me a lot of money that im about to purchase a new printer.you are so helpful and kind

Searching around for a printer. Went to office works and other printer shops with no help. Called cartridge world. Got amazing honest advice, upfront pricing on cartridges for the printer I was looking at. Price was on par with cheapest I found with a major online retailer as well. Highly recommend, this place is a gem and deserves a 6 stars. The printer also ticked all boxes and exceeded my expectations

Went in seen Andrew. Sorted me out with ink for Epson printer. Ink was not the correct one as my printer was rejecting the ink. All I needed was a firmware update which he was more than happy to help with.went back in and Andrew sorted everything out. Recommended for all printing needs

This place is excellent - I haven't received such good service in a long time. I had a bunch of problems with what I thought were some toners sold to me by Cartridge Extra. The toners ended up being fine - the problems were with my printer. Andy was patient, friendly and helpful throughout and ended up fixing my printer for me at no charge. Great experience - thank you!

We recently purchased a new printer through Andrew. It was delivered within 24 hours and Andrew was on the phone the next day to check that it had been delivered and that we had it up an running.

He also supplies replacement ink to our other printer. We order replacement ink at 12 pm and by 2.00 pm Andrew personally delivers the ink to our office with a smile.
