I am very unhappy with the communication from Cars24. I did everything as quickly as possible and was given no response. The only time I heard back was when I emailed the financing agent multiple times. Now I find out the car will be delivered at least 5 days later than originally stated and I still can't find out whether they are delivering to my home or work address. There is no response from the contact us page in the app and no response on whatsapp.

Buying a car in your budget is a tough decision in India. But Karan, Tricity, from Cars24 made it a smooth and knowledgeable process for us. We bought a good car and that too in our budget. The loan process took less than 2 hours and we were all set. Good experience. Will recommend to all.

Car was listed as a 2018 model, looked on the service history and was driven 32000k’s in 2014. No one has responded to my inquiry. Where’s the transparency?

What a delight it was Vishan from Cars24, I just sold my car to these guys and I was looked after very well.

The process was extremely professional with everything happening like clockwork.

They offered me a price which I think was extremely fair and I had the money within 4 days of the inspection that was done via a video link.

Vishan was very polite and professional and I can’t recommend these guys enough and in fact I already have.

Went through the process of getting an online quote to sell my car very happy with the quote process so decided to go ahead. Wouldn't you know it right at the last minute got a call saying that they were at capacity for BMW's and not taking anymore. Waste of time.

Great prices, but caveat emptor. Hardly the customer experience they promise.

Too many emails, chats and calls to sort out minor issues. Every step - loan confirmation, rego, invoice, contract docs, etc - is delayed by their internal manual steps.

7 days after the promised delivery date, I'm still waiting for the rego number to be included in the tax invoice!

Update: After they delivered the car to me, the vehicle failed pass an inspection carried out by an NRMA-authorised repair centre. 2 tyres were non-compliant. All shock absorbers were leaking and failed to pass safety test. CARS24 wants a second opinion from their own repairer and pressing for me to take the vehicle as is! Hmmm.not looking good.

Delt with Noreen from cars 24 and couldn’t of been more happier, We sold our qashqai and within the first week of putting it on sale. Cars 24 were more then happy to take it of our hands and were happy to pay the price that we wanted for it.

We went to buy a car through this service and while it looked good on paper the customer service was appalling. It would take 7-8 calls to get through with our answers still not answered. The icing on the cake was after putting a deposit on a car waiting 4 days for a deposit as they wanted to make sure they got the invoice right. Only thing was they didn’t.

I’m sure the experience might be different for others but we didn’t feel comfortable buying with such poor service. If it’s this bad before they get the money imagine what it would be after they get it.

TLDR: AWFUL customer service, be prepared for this before purchasing. I’m sure it would work itself out but it might take a while.

Worst experience of buying a car.lack of customer service.and if you buying using your own finance good luck asking for invoice or paperwork.one week after paying deposit calling everyday many times for invoice and still they sent the wrong info.very stressful dealing with them.dont trust the ratings.

I sold my vehicle to Cars24.the experience couldn't have been more seamless. I must appreciate Vishal and, perhaps, his backend team they were incredible.

1) The price they set was very justified
2) Upon inspection and getting the specs, they re-priced (in my case was higher) on their own
3) The whole process itself was exceedingly simplified and effortless

Very impressed by their platform, process and focus on customer; I hope you guys stay this way!

I recently listed a car on CarSales.com and Cars24 contacted me via email with a fair offer for the vehicle. Selling the car to Cars24 was an easy and pain free experience. I accepted their offer and we set up a time & day for a Virtual Inspection with myself and Vishal their representative. Virtual inspection completed to their satisfaction Vishal organised a contract, all paperwork completed and a deposit was paid. A day was set for collection of the car by their carrier. Funds were in my account 2 days prior to collection and the company organised all paperwork.

I would definitely recommend Cars24 for dealing with in regard to selling a vehicle, they were efficient, answered any questions I had, and communicated every step of the way.

We had several issues when trying to buy a car from CARS24 that resulted in significant delays getting the right car delivered. However, the car was great when it arrived and it was only through the outstanding work and customer service provided by Megha that it was finally sorted out. Thankyou Megha! You should be running the company.

Amazing concept and brilliant company. Highly recommend using CARS24. We didn't want to wait months for a brand new car and also didn't want to have to shop around at car yards for secondhand. This is the perfect solution. Feels like a new car buying experience and you don't have to leave the house. Extremely happy with the car we chose. Pretty impeccable condition. Excellent service. Would happily use again.

Buyer beware - terrible, terrible service. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere unless you like your time being wasted. $500 deposit taken, test drive booked in for more than a week and come the day of the test drive, well past the scheduled time I’m informed that the car was apparently on a tow truck going who knows where - why would it be going anywhere if it was “reserved”.

Customer service couldn’t have cared less to be honest, drove from the other side of the City in peak hour for nothing.

Vishal handled everything and made the process of selling my car super easy. The evaluation price was fair and the car freight company that picked up the car was on time and easy to deal with. Entire process was super easy and stress free. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS “COMPANY”.

I paid the $500 reservation (through Carsales app) on the morning of Saturday the 30th April and it is now Monday the 9th of May and I haven’t heard a single communication regarding the car since. I had to contact them and they worryingly didn’t have my details on file? Moreover, after the lady took my details down, I still heard nothing. It has now been 6 business days and I still haven’t heard a peep, and have requested a refund of my deposit via email, provided my contact number and the reservation receipt and the email response I get asked for my mobile number and booking ID. Whoever monitors their inbox clearly didn’t even read my whole email!

Oh and the price of the car rose by $800 about 12 hours after I paid the $500 receipt…

AVOID. To me it seems like a scam of a company, I don’t understand how they can have 5 star reviews. Horrendous customer service.

I was a little scared initially to buy a car 9nl8ne site unseen, however the support from the inline people put my mind at ease. So easy from deposit to delivery. Great service. Peter who delivered my car was beyond great He answered every sully question I had and ps loved the chocolates.
