No respect for customers
he refused to touch the tyre to check problem he feel shame then why he is working there
I can say owner left his bussiness in wrong hands and the behave of the owner was so nice i know he is busy on other shop but
I am also a mechanic my garage is in Gosford and that old man have no knowledge about major problems.
And last again no speaking sense and rude behaviour

Terrible service, they will keep guessing whats wrong with your car. And when the problem isnt fixed they will hint for you to pay more to finally fix the problem.

Great job done for real! Serviced my car here with tyre change. It’s affordable and staff is just lovely.

It was my first time taking my car there they made feel very comfortable very friendly staff I can recommend this place with my eyes closed.

The owner is a very straightforward man and doesnt beat around the bush. His diagnosis is Spot on and very reasonably priced repairs. His staff are extremely experienced in all repairs and he has specialists come in to his workshop to fix Euro cars. The shop is open early and closes late so easy to drop your vehicle before work and pickup after work, also offers 30 minutes service (minor Service). Accepts all major credit cards and offers discount for cash payments. I have been servicing both my cars with him the past 9 years.

Update - No help from mechanic and complaint filed at service NSW, waiting for outcome.

Totally bad experience, trusted this fellow as he assured to be fixing the transmission problem. But later on, he had just changed the 2 tyres and did nothing based on his assurance.

Wasted my time and hard earned money with this fellow. Trust me, attached is the unprofessional invoice copy written in a paper with spelling mistakes. He charged me whopping $1200 but did nothing. I wanted my car to get recovered from transmission problem, but he denied by simply saying it is problem with gear box and Honda jazz has this problem in common.

If would’ve told it’s common transmission problem with Honda jazz why did he even charge me $1200 by just changing two tyres. I’m new to Sydney and I was completely ripped off by this local guy.

I’m not going to leave it as such, going to take it seriously by lodging a formal complaint. Please guys, those who are new to this place or even if you’ve been for years, simply don’t trust this mechanic, please read my invoice copy and make sure he’s not repeating.

Please refrain from these liars and make sure to click photos of your parts before handing over. Or call the cops at their place if you feel cheated and prove they’re fraud.

Money theft, ripped me off - $1200

Worth writing a good review for! Paul fixed my broken headlight on the spot for a very reasonable price. Great to know there is someone reliable in the area.

One of the worst experience in my life. I went there for normal servicing last Saturday. He asked me to change break drum and shoes otherwise it is very risky. He said $1400 for this. Yesterday, when I went to other mechanic, he said me it is perfectly ok and it doesn’t need to be changed. So be careful for the extra charge, they try to take from you, even if normal service charge is $90.

Such good people. Didn’t create any issues that were not there. Changed the two Tires in blink of eye, gave good advice. Such Business are needed in a community and must be definitely encouraged.

Every person working in this workshop is very helpful and they always do nice work. I can't think of any other place. They are polite and always get the job done with reasonable price.

Very good place, the guys are very professional and helpful. Quickly diagnosed my car problem and solved it next day. Best part is turnaround time. Some of the local mechanics take weeks for appointment but these are very quick. Glad to visit car King.

Very friendly staff. Went there yesterday before my trip to Melbourne. They checked tyres, engine oil and refill the water for me without charging anything. I really appreciate their help and so glad I found them. Will recommend them to all my families who lives around westmead.
