I could not be happier with the service I received from Carroll & O'dea Lawyers. My matter was finalised efficiently, effectively and in a timely manner. I mainly dealt with Dylan, who was knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. Thank you.

Regrettably, the meeting with Mr Scott Dougall did not meet my expectations, and I found his approach to be unhelpful and distressing. Instead of providing the support I sought during this challenging time, his actions contributed to my existing stress.

I have only glowing praise for everything Nada Najjar has done for me over the last 14 months in regards to my workers compensation. Through every bump and hurdle (there were alot) she was always a call or email away to set my worries at ease.

When my case was abruptly ended she remained determined to get the best outcome for my situation (something the insurer never did) and was able to get everything fixed.

Most of all, I will never forget the dignity she treated me with during a time when all I felt like was another number in a system which didn’t care what happened.
