Carpet town was recommended by a friend and I couldn’t be happier that I chose this company to instal my hybrid flooring. I visited the Pennant Hills showroom initially and was then followed up by Ken and his team. Jerry who installed my flooring was amazing, punctual, worked long hours to get the job done and meticulous, a really great honest tradesman. Can highly recommend this company. We recently purchased engineered oak flooring and carpet from Carpet Town. The customer service from Ken and his team was exceptional. We had just moved home from overseas and bought a house at Castle Hills with no floors so we did not have access to allow Carpet Town to measure. They allowed us to use our own measurements as we wanted the floor laid ASAP once we had the keys. The floor is beautiful and installed very Professionally. The carpet are also lovely and exactly what I wanted. The only thing I would change about the experience would be to have Carpet Town assess the house in advance. We have fire doors which were a problem the day carpet were laid. This was not the issue of Carpet Town and it was resolved quickly. Thanks again Ken, we would highly recommend Carpet Town to anyone.

Had great service from Ken and his team in the month before Christmas, post lockdown, in 2 homes. Definitely can recommend.

I really didn't want to look at samples of carpet or waterproof hybrid flooring but wanted it to blend in with the rest of the house/s. He choose extremely well, carpet for 1 house, hybrid for new home. He worked around the timing of painters and other tradies, communicated and confirmed his timing. He was recommended through my real estate agent and was very thankful during a busy time.
There was 1 hiccup, but again his team followed through and solved it for me. Often worked late in the evening just to get the job done.

We are very happy with Carpet Town's work. Ken showed up on time and took the time to explain the process to us, along with showing us samples of the flooring options so that we could see the exact material in the house. I also appreciated that Ken gave his recommendation on styling from an interior design perspective. He quoted on the spot and the installation was carried out shortly after. It took a team of 3 people only 1.5 days to complete. They did not muck around. As the job progressed, they explained any concerns and presented options where additional work needed to be done. Highly recommended.

Carpet Town was recommended by our property manager (I won't name her because I have not sought her consent).

We did not even bother to get another quote because (a) Ken was most responsive to return my call and most patient in answering our questions (b) the price was reasonable anyway.

Ken was even willing to change the scheduled installation date to accommodate delays in other works.

Now how about this for a gesture of kindness! Ken asked his team to protect the stairs with cardboards because I was so worried about the new floorboard from being damaged by other tradespeople.
