Blake was a great advisor with our flooring decisions. We chose wool carpet for our bedrooms, hallway and stairs. We also installed Hybrid Wonderwood flooring in our kitchen and living room. The installation was managed well, install on time and we were really happy with the cost. Carpet Right Pymble were knowledgeable and customer service orientated which made this easy! Our house looks amazing!

We recently renovated our house and used Carpet Right at Pymble. From our first engagement in store to installation of the carpet the service was first class. Blake kept us informed of progress every step of the way and the installers were great on the day. They were proactive enough to leave us some off cuts so other tradies could walk on them whilst the house was nearing completion. Overall fantastic service. Highly recommend the team.

Unpleasant experience in the carpet store.
- In response to the store's reply below, we have been requesting them to install our pre-paid carpet but the carpet is still not installed.

We had carpets replaced in four rooms and are very happy with the result. Service from CarpetRight was excellent from sales to installation. The carpet layers did and excellent job and checked with us throughout about the carpet and the removal and replacement of furniture.

Fantastic store! Blake was very helpful - friendly and professional advice and let us borrow no end of samples so we could make the right choice. Carpet layers were efficient, friendly and nothing was too much bother. All done for a very good price. House feels brand new. Don't shop anywhere else.

We have new carpet from Carpet Right at Pymble and we are extremely happy with it and the installation process. Blake was very helpful with all my questions from type of carpet, samples, pricing and even a last minute change of installation date. The installers, Jamie and Kincaid, did a great job, with tricky areas and stairs, and were always friendly, professional and tidy. Highly recommend.

Great service from Pymble Store. Blake was very helpful with advise and getting the carpet organised in time for the move. Rowan help organise for the installer Joe. Joe did an amazing job. Came back to install the stairs after the overlocking was done. Everything was to our satisfactory. Great service, price and professional. Good communication too.
