Carpet Right Flooring Centre Brookvale

This is the fourth time we have used Carpet Right. Different installer every time but all did a great job.

Our upstairs carpet was fitted perfectly. There was a slight mark on the carpet but the carpet cleaner came the next day and fixed it.

She put us at ease when we tried to get our head around how it was going to get installed when we had a household full of furniture. The installation went off without a hitch. Thank you Jo from Carpet Right we had A1 service at the Brookvale office. We picked our carpet they ensured we would be getting the whole same dye batch and then organised the carpet layer. Great service. Luke in the showroom helped us pick what we wanted and let us take home as many samples as we liked. Once we chose, delivery and installation happened quickly and the installer was great at his job. We are very happy with the new carpet and the service we received.

Honest, courteous and professional both in store and during installation.
We had a lot of trouble trying to deconflict trades on the day of install so Carpetright sent someone out as early as possible (Jamie, absolute legend) and they were super patient with other work going on. Most of all, I'm extremely happy with the end result and it was done in less than half the time I expected. Cant recommend them enough.

2nd time we have used these guys to re-carpet our home. Jo was very helpful guiding us with samples and advice - not to mention happily accommodating changes to install date. CarpetRight are just phenomenal and staff like Joanne just make the experience all the more amazing.

We've had a shocking experience dealing with Carpet Right Brookvale. We asked for a quote, so a measurer came and did the measurements. We were asked to go into the shop and choose a carpet, which we did. All good so far. We were told that the next day we'll get a quote from Luke because he's not in that day. When we received the call from Luke, he told us to come in and choose the carpet. I had to point out that we've already done that. When we eventually received the quote from Luke, the quote didn't say anything about the price per square metre and number of square metres. It took multiple emails just to get this simple information. We eventually found out that the price per metre used for the quote was not what we were told when we were in the stop - $13 a metre more expensive. When I pointed this out, I was rudely told that "I must have heard wrong thing", because that's what Jo wrote down. But my wife and I were both there and remember very clearly. An added insult was Luke suggesting that this was some kind of a ploy to get a discount. No mate, we don't want a discount. We just want the carpet we chose and the price we were quoted. Clearly, they wrote down the wrong carpet details. Everyone makes mistakes so I'm ok with that but why be rude and accusing to the customer after you've made a mistake? The only way to rectify this was to make another trip to the shop, but this series of mishaps and rudeness gave us zero confidence whatsoever in dealing with this business.

The Carpet Right Brookvale team were amazing. From taking home endless samples, advice on carpet types, organising the measure and quote, booking the install and finally the laying of our new carpet, they were helpful and accomodating. Even with lockdown interruptions, we knew what was happening every step of the way and we are so happy with the final product. Big shout out to Jo who was phenomenal. Thank you!
