After struggling with a nearby competitor for a month (quoting issues, delayed timelines and a total lack of communication), I decided to go next door to meet Manuel. The second I walked in, I knew I was in better hands. He was attentive, personable and professional. In less than 30 minutes, I had picked a carpet and booked a measurement. And one week later, my carpet was in my house (two bedrooms). In comparison, the competitor took a month to get nothing accomplished but a measurement. When I walked out for the last time, Manuel shook my hand and said "this is how easy the process should be. " I would highly recommend you visit the shop and ask for him!

Carpet Right were terrific to deal with. I'd had carpets replaced in an apartment a couple of years ago and was a drama from ordering to the install which wasn't done well with areas lifting. No issues this time around and so glad I chose to go with them. From the service in store, (they were very patient with me taking lots of samples to make sure I got the right colour), to the laying - they guys were so great, the work is spot-on and cant fault it. Very happy I chose to go with Carpet Right and would definitely recommend.

More like carpet wrong… One of their carpet layers stole my wedding band from my bathroom during an installation. When I mentioned this to carpet ‘right’ I was told that women often misplace their rings and I should keep looking. Many weeks later I was contacted by the suspected felon, who charged an extortion fee of $300 to have my ring returned to me. While I had a reasonable experience in dealing with the local carpetright retailer and the quality of the carpet and installation was good, unfortunately the response from carpetright head office was not acceptable. When I let carpetright head office know about the situation, they said they have no responsibility in this matter. Case closed. Completely unacceptable response from them, with no regard for their customers belongings and personal safety. Will be taking this matter to the ACCC.

These guys were great! Highly recommend. I needed carpeting within a short window of time in between housemates moving in and out and I was impressed they were able to provide what we needed, at a reasonable price, in an efficient and timely manner. Communication was fantastic throughout so I always knew where things were up to. Petros was super helpful explaining and walking me through the process (even when I'd measured the room wrongly), and gave great advice where needed. Ash did a fantastic job with the install and was very friendly, courteous, and professional. All the edges were properly secured, I can't tell where the seams are, and it all looks perfectly fresh and tidy. The quality of the job was much better than the company we'd gone with for previous carpeting. We're very happy - thanks guys!

I have very good experience with Carpet Right Drummoyne. Manuel has been very helpful and efficient. Carpet laying was brought forward earlier than expected which was excellent and Ashley did a fanastic job in laying the carpet.

Carpet Right did a tremendous job on re carpeting the common area in our apartment block. It was an extremely difficult job as the carpet had been glued down with the glue that is used to patch cracks in buildings. Mahdi the carpet layer from Carpet Right did a meticulous job.

My husband and I were determined to get the best carpet for a reasonable price. We shopped around and stopped at Carpet Right, Drummoyne. We met Manuel and he made us feel comfortable and didn’t mind showing us all his carpet samples. I say that as many stores we went to didn’t have time or didn’t want to bother. Neither did we. Manuel worked out how much we needed and availability. He kept in touch with me and I felt comfortable with the sale. Excellent customer service, not only Manuel but even the men who arrived this morning 45 minutes earlier than advised. They cleaned up. Polite, lunch was taken quickly and they were out before 3pm. Excellent quotation service. I browsed around for carpets over the weekend and on the Sunday requested a quote from Carpet Right. They sent a confirmation email immediately saying someone would get in touch. Early Monday morning Bastian contacted me and we arranged for him to come on the Tuesday. He was polite, courteous and ensured social distancing at all times and left samples for us to consider. By the end of day I had a competitive quote with a guarantee to match any other prices. Great service from a really professional carpet expert. I would thoroughly recommend them.
