Everything about my experience at Central Coast Carpet One was exceptional. From first attending the showroom, I was walked through all carpet options with the most friendly and accommodating team. The measuring, quoting and installation process was an absolute dream and incredibly professional and easy to work with. Can’t recommend enough.

We had new carpet laid on "Superior Luxury Ultimate Underlay". This made such a positive experience to the feel of the carpet under your feet. Very happy with how friendly the carpet team were and the quality of the installation. Stewart even managed to squeeze our job in before Xmas which was very much appreciated. Terrific customer service. The selection process was easy, Stewart knew his product range extremely well. I was after flooring that would be hard wearing but also fit in with the modern coastal theme of our home. The installation was done on time and carried out in a professional and efficient manner. The Team at Carpet One were so great to deal with, after going in their showroom I was so impressed by the variety and knowledge on products that I knew I was in good hands. After the consultation they made suggestions on what type of product suited our sub floor and requirements. Super happy with the Luxury Vinyl planks they supplied and installed and the softest carpet I’ve ever felt! Their tradesmen are very meticulous and left our place spotless by the end. Amazing service! We went into carpet one not really knowing what we wanted for our floor but Greg was really helpful.

Absolutely hopeless. Wayne Sea who wrote below is actually an employee. I could go on and on about how bad they are, but just AVOID.

Really helpful and friendly. I only went in to buy a small sample of carpet for a patch repair. The staff took the time to assist me, despite my small request.

Even though it was close to Christmas, the team at Carpet One came through and installed our beautiful new carpet. They were quick and efficient, and did a great job.

Went in with my brother to buy carpet for our place. We knew what we wanted but Stewart went above and beyond to provide great information and advice surrounding the different brands and makes/styles of carpet. After speaking with him we knew we would purchase our carpet through Carpet One but just needed to figure out the colour and feel.

Measure & quote and installation was very professional - especially as our stairs have very little room underneath to attach it to. The overall look and feel is amazing.

Lastly we recently contacted Stewart and the reception team for assistance with the warranty information and they came back within a day. Would highly recommend Carpet One to others- the reason we initially visited them was based on their outstanding reviews

Odd experience. Walked in expecting to spend $10k + on flooring. Knew what I wanted but couldn't get any commitment on a date to even do a measure and quote let alone install. Went around the corner and had product availability and install date confirmed in minutes and a guy follow us home to do the quote. Had paid the deposit within an hour. The guy at carpet one just about asked us to leave!
