Carpet Court Kogarah

I have recently done my carpet replacement by Carpet Court. They have done a tremendous work. I am very happy with the service and the quality of work they have provided.

Max was very helpful. He guided me and my wife through the whole process of work. The price they quoted was reasonable. The installer turned up on time and finish the job.

I do not have hesitation to recommend this company to any one.

Very friendly and helpful. Went in day before Christmas and told them I was looking for a place in the regions but was just looking at carpet styles and prices so I could tell them my choice.

They helped me the same as if I was a potential cutomer of theirs. Took me through the ranges, explained the differences, put samples down to see look of colour and feel underfoot, even asked what was down in kitchen and got a sample to compare how carpet would match up.

Very friedly and knowledgable staff I was very impressed!

My choice is. Solution Dyed Nylon Magnetic bay range "Rocky" style.

Service was first class. Not rushed and given a wide variety of choice carpets. No problems with the laying. Daren, who came to measure up, was very helpful and explained his drawings to us.

I had a brilliant experience with Karen and the carpet court team! With a bub due soon Karen went out of her way to coordinate tradies and suppliers so that we could have an early Instal - absolute lifesaver! Communication was also clear and she was always prompt with getting back to us after any questions or follow ups we had.

Darren (measurer/carpet expert) was super helpful in making time to install the join between the carpet and the vinyl (thank you), and did an expert job of it.

Jeff (the vinyl installer) was also fabulous. It’s obvious he knows his stuff (30 years in the industry)! He came to view the place before Instal to make sure he was prepared for the job and also to make sure the surface was ready for Instal (organized and thorough).

His installation was immaculate too. We live in an old appartment with wonky walls and each vinyl plank was cut to perfection - completely snug around every corner, crevice, and wall imperfection.

It’s also obvious Jeff takes pride in his work as he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy - thanks for squeezing the job in Jeff!

I found this place to have a great variety of different types of carpets to suit your budget, flooring and all other different stuff that will fancy the customer need, easy to get to it has customers parking spaces out the front.the friendly staff are there to help you out the place inside is well organised and easy to navigate to pick what your interested in buying, so check this store out next time you need carpet or flooring you will not be disappointed.

I would thoroughly recommend Carpet Court in Kogarah - and especially the terrific assistance that my husband and I have received from Karen Pezzimenti. We have had two issues in the last five years with drainage problems around our home - requiring the replacement of carpet in a downstairs bedroom and hallway. Karen has been extremely helpful on both occasions. She saved us an enormous amount of time and money - and the carpet was just what we wanted - and very well laid. Thank you Karen and Carpet Court.
