The CCW Team really looked after me in everyway - Great 'Customer Service' & ''Technical Knowledge' especially dealing with Peter who comes across as a 'really good honest bloke' I highly recommended these guys - they got me up & running again very quickly and explained everything upfront in a very detailed and easy to understand manner.

Peter whom is the ultimate professional whom found the issues, repaired & cleaned up the mess with his young & trustee sidekick who's name I failed to get leaving the machine looking & ruining like new & Andrew whom was a true saviour collecting me from my meetings as I was unable to get back to the workshop due to a network shutdown on the trains.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. The customer service is next to none. They are very welcoming and have often spent the whole day out there getting advice and having friendly chats.

Nick doing a great job managing the shop and will drop everything if I’m in a sticky situation, Peter can fix anything and not just carpet cleaning related, and since Andrew has come in he has transformed and cleaned up the workshop. Have never seen the place looking as good and efficient.

Don't choose this place for your truck mount machine service as they don't have enough knowledge of it. They will experiment and you have to suffer a lot, SO BE CAREFUL, FIND RELAIABLE PLACE.

I have been servicing my truck mount machine to this guys but servicing guy doesn’t have any experience for truck mount machine. He completely mess up my brand new machine. Each and every time he service my truck then problem starts. Whyne was good man but he retired. Now all new guys at service desk are doozy. Last time when they service my truck mount he couldn’t fix rpm and ask me to fix somewhere else. Luckily my machine was under warranty but it took 5 days to fix and $700 extra from my pocket. Finally I got good and reliable company to service my truck mount.

CCW NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL TRUCK MOUNT SERVICING PLEASE FIND EXPERIENCE PEOPLE FOR YOUR VALUABLE MACHINE.

I can’t thank Pete (new mechanic CCW Sydney) enough for fixing a fuel problem in my TM. Not only did he fix the annoying problem but he showed me a few tricks to maintain the TM. Absolute legend, thanks CCW Sydney
