Went into carpet call Thornton a couple days ago and they came out same day to do a measure and quote, $20,000 for carpets and blinds, they required $8780 deposit at the time which we paid in cash. After visiting the bank the following day and finding out we can't redraw on our home loan we cancelled our order. They are refusing to refund our $8780, only offering a cheaper product or store credit. BUYER BEWARE THIS COMPANY HAS NO MORALS OR EMPATHY

Purchased a Quattro mop from Carpetcall and it is the best. We have a large area of tiles and the mop cleans them with little effort just using water. It glides over the floor, no pushing needed and the best thing.it cleans itself.it is rechargeable with approx. 45mins cleaning time.and did I say its self cleaning.the make of the appliance is very sturdy with easy instructions and replacement pads available at a reasonable price. The staff at Thornton are exceptional and go way beyond to help their customers.

Amazing floor rugs beautiful colours and patterns the young assistant was knowledgeable and gave me different ideas I haven't purchased yet but hope to soon

Corey went above and beyond since the first phone call to get us the solution we were after at the price we could afford. He even drove 2hrs out of his way on a Saturday to measure our place so we decided to increase our order to reward his efforts. Would give 6 stars just to Corey if I could!

I would like to give a shout out to Corey from Carpet Call Thornton, during these difficult times, we as customers are needing people in business to work and think a little outside the box when it comes to making the job happen! Corey has done exactly that, he has gone above and beyond what would have been what I'd imagine, his normal scope, all the while conducting himself professionally, and within the safe working requirements we all find ourselves in.

The product is great, and my initial consultation with Mark was good too. The installation was a mess - one guy "couldn't" do it and was going to just leave without any attempt to resolve anything, the next day another crew came and while friendly enough - disorganised and underprepared, then they left razor blades from their cutters scattered around my floor! (I have young children, so great when they found them) So yeah, buy the product as long as you don't have to deal with any other aspect of their business would be my recommendation

Super helpful honest staff who couldn’t have been more obliging in answering all my questions & offering their expert experience & opinion. Friendly, knowledgeable and straight taking. An absolute pleasure to deal with.
