Carpet Call Penrith

We purchased a rug from Mazyar this weekend, and could not be happier with the product and service. Mazyar was very knowledgeable and patient as we worked through all the options for our space. He was able to provide advice on different materials, styling and longevity of the various rugs. They even have many options at different price points so you can really find something beautiful within your budget. It was also amazing to see how passionate he is about the rug in carpet call. I wouldn't purchase a rug from anywhere else & will be recommending to all our family and friends.

Allan provided outstanding customer service and product knowledge. From giving me a quote and measuring the area inside my home, everything was professional. Would highly recommend Allan!

Allan quoted me a very fair price in the showroom so I went ahead and signed up, when they came and measured it was less than expected so they reduced the invoice accordingly and kept me in the loop, layers did a job well done highly recommend them all.

*UPDATE: Oh sweet delicious irony that in response to my review about them not paying attention to what I was saying, they copied and pasted their generic response to poor reviews, asking for an invoice number when I very clearly stated a purchase wasn't made. I suppose if nothing else it proves my point. *

Am needing 90m2 of new carpet for our house. As soon as we entered the salesman greeted us and we told him we did not need any help at this stage and were just looking. He kept talking to us and did not leave us alone to browse ourselves, I'm autistic so this already makes things very uncomfortable for me. But fine, whatever, just a saleman doing his job, we told him we were looking for a high end plush carpet that has a really nice feel and he takes us over to what he called the "cheap rental carpets" ignoring completely what we said and starting on what was clearly his highly scripted spiel. We tried to make it clear that we don't want to see his "rental carpets", we don't need to be up sold, we are already more than ready to drop 10 grand on carpets, just take us to the nice stuff, and all he does is resume his spiel and then tries to show us what he called the "mid-range good value" carpets.

That was the moment I just ran out of social battery on the whole thing. We told him we weren't interested and still he kept going. We had to physically walk out of the store to get him to stop. The pushyness was unbelievable, we were fully ready to buy some expensive carpet today and he somehow managed to actively ruin a sale that had already been made by default.

Extremely poor customer service!
Installer was rude and installed a colour trim that doesn’t match the carpet they installed, he then told me to contact the store and they will change it. After trying to contact the store and them telling me they will call me back multiple times and never calling back, I finally got in contact and they proceeded to tell me I would have to pay for them to change the cover strip.
Really unhappy with the service and would not recommend!

Went into carpet call just before new years as I was referred there by a friend, was served by a very tall well dressed young man, was nothing but respect and transparency with him highly recommend him and their team as they did a top job on my property and I couldn’t be happier especially considering how quick they fit me in.

Terrible, stay away. Didn't complete job and don't return calls. Money is the top priority for these people!

We made an appointment 1.30pm 13th May for in home consultation, measure and quote for whole house re-flooring. No one came. We called the office and was told they'd check it out and get back to us. Three days later and still no call. Customer Service? There is none! Go somewhere else.
