The installation of carpet was really awful, at the entrance, walking in to the room without shoes makes my children cry from the nails facing up stabbing them, this I do not understand why there are nails in the carpet especially facing upwards? All of my newly painted skirting boards where damaged and chipped during carpet Installation

Today we had our Wood Effects Hybrid Floating Floor done and could not be happier, looks terrific and we were given an excellent price by Paul and great service. The floor was laid by Sam and Atilla, they are perfectionists, their work is excellent and they are a pleasure to have in your home.

Good range and service however John the manager was displaying COVID symptoms. Should stay at home and get tested.
Raj was willing to negotiate on price and knew his product. As well as being friendly and personable, he dropped past a few days before install to double check the numbers I had given him and to bring the sample along to double check I was happy with the colour. The installer turned up this morning. He was on time, extremely polite and did a great job in replacing my theater lounge/home office carpet with the new one, including the high quality green underlay. Extremely happy. Highly recommended to all. These guys know their stuff.
Late on delivery, late on installation, incorrectly measured curtains when they finally did come to install. 10 weeks down the drain. Covid is not an excuse for dropping the ball this badly.
Staff was creepy and kept staring at my partner. They helped a little bit with my floor selection.

In mid May 2020 visited Carpet Call location at Marsden Park, NSW & met the NSW State Manager. Received a quote for 2 Venetian blinds & 2 Roller Blinds for our home in Quakers Hill. On June 05 visited store again & placed the Order & provided 50% payment upfront. We were told our order shall be ready & installed in max 3 weeks.
A Check & measure person visited us on the same afternoon & took the final measurements. Presuming all was going well, we called after 3 weeks & got no response from the store even after repeated calls to the mobile number of the State Manager. The NSW office too did not provide us any information regarding the status of the order. On June 25th received an email with an order update that the check measure had been received & the products were now being made & delivery installation expected in 2 - 3 weeks.
On 8th of July we visited the store again to find out the status of our order, again did not get any status update and had to email NSW customer service to find out that the delivery was expected in a few days and once the warehouse gets the delivery from production, the installer will call us to book a date & time to visit to install.
No show again till end of today July 22nd, had messaged and called the HO on Tuesday July 21st. No response from the NSW customer Team, the installer and or the Store.
Its been nearly 8 weeks from the date of our order & advance payment and Carpet Call has let us down at every stage of the process.
Very tardy & inefficient, callous & uncaring business & Team.
Has no sense of responsibility to customers & seems not to care at all.
On July 24th finally I received the delivery of the Order and the installer came to complete the job.
Unfortunately this time the Venetian blinds were of incorrect size and apparently the person who did the check measure made a mistake and or the person who input the order entered or wrong.
But again I am the one who is left high and dry. Trying to chase the company to get this fixed ASAP.
I shall not recommend this business to any one & in fact would like to
cancel my order and receive a full refund.

Rude service, these guys need a lesson in customer service. Ended up walking out and went to DecoRug
Poor service and communication, installation date was different than what carpet call told us there reason was because they forgot to book it in, we also was told that they didn't have the carpet in stock when they did and try to charge us more to get it shipped between states.
Do not recommend to anyone.
Amazing staff, Raj was wonderful with great knowledge on all the products. For all your flooring solutions these guys are A plus.
