Great service Mohammad and Michael, the flooring just got installed and looks magnificent, strongly recommended Carpetcall Campbelltown.

Afiz is amazing! Thought the process would be super overwhelming, he made it easy without being pushy.

We have taken flooring from carpet call and omar the store manager has patiently listen our needs, also help us to choose right product for the flooring as well as help us to pick a rugs and runners.

Few days ago we purchased a wonderful rugs and Afiz was very helpful to pick the correct rugs and also he helped to bring that rugs to our car, Excellent customer service. Appreciated.

Carpet call Campbeltown provide the worst service. They have little to no knowledge of the products they are selling. The manager and State Manager are extremely rude and unable to address any issues with my purchase. I have now needed to take legal action to resolve my issue. I would strongly recommend not purchasing anything from this store or company

RUDE AS HELL
Judgement straight away. Assumed we didn't have money and went back to his desk and played on his phone. We were ready to buy then and there but didn't give us time of day. Wouldn't even consider pulling down the rug for us to look at.

We recently purchased 2 rugs from Nick at Campbelltown and he was fantastic. He kept us informed constantly and gave us a great deal. His service gave me faith in retail service

Salesperson was good and thorough upon initial measure and quote. We paid the deposit within a few days and booked in a time for installation. The week before installation was to be completed, I called Carpet Call to confirm and they had no details of this booking or payment. We had also negotiated a better price than the quote and carpet call did not honour this saying there was no details of this negotiation. We paid the full price as we needed installation ASAP. Flooring installers were friendly and quick, however, there was significant damage to the walls. When we discussed this with carpet call they tried to blame it on our skirting board installer and then ceased communication with us and wouldn't return calls. I would not recommend this company.

Very bad experience, not recommended at all. I have order for carpet for single room and they installed 3 pieces and make a multiple joints, which looks very ugly like a carpet tiles. Very unprofessional workmanship and service.

Flooring was nice the damage left behind wasn't. Have called to discuss a few times. Was told I'd be contacted back and still nothing 7 weeks later

After posting my review I was contacted a few days later by someone from Carpet Call (not the campbelltown store)
They arranged to send someone out to fix the problems I had from the installation. Within 3 weeks all was sorted out, easy fixes too.
Even though I am super happy with the product, it was shocking I had to resort to a bad review online to finally get the solution I had been trying for weeks to get privately.

One of the best customer service staff in Australia I would recommend anybody to go there unbeatable price best service ever

Very happy with the carpet they installed. The guy that laid the carpet cant remember his name was so nice and understanding when it came the the lay out of my house. Omar and zain were amazing so nice and understanding especially with arranging everything quickly for me as im due to have a baby in a week.

Yesterday I visited this store at around 4.30pm with my husband and asked for a specific brand and shade of floorboards, quickstep impressive ultra in “soft oak light”. Our friend used this in their home and I wanted the same color from the same brand. The young sales person straightway showed me “pergo” brand and some other brands stating there is no such specific brand called quickstep or the shade i was looking for in floorboards, that quickstep is the “mother company” of all the brands he has in the store, and that it cant be found as a specific color/ shade, different colors come in different names.
I was shocked. He could have said he doesn’t have the specific item i was asking for but he has similar or better item in other brands. Instead he tried to give me BS explanations.

As a sales assistant it’s important to read the customer. When a customer is asking for a specific color from a specific brand, you need to understand that the customer definitely has an idea of what they’re asking and there is no point of lying.
