To all of those tradies who want to work with this so called builder, PLEASE BE AWARE that he does not pay you full wage and after a certain amount of time he would make some excuses to cancel your service and not paying you!
We are 2 sole trader painters working on daily bookings.he booked us for 5 days and only paid for 3 days. He did not even pay for GST

He has sent us to a job in the CBD which cost us a week of travelling from kellyville to City paying Toll, Fuel and parking ticket saying that he would reimburse the parking tickets! BUT guess what? All Lies
So when I called him to discuss the problem he said that what I am saying is bullish and that I have problems with my ears.not answering my calls or text messages he refers me to his email.
I demand NSW Government to facilitate payment securities for the Painters and other tradies so we wont fall into financial hardships at the end of the week when Its time to pay for rent, food, cost etc.

Very rude, Insulting and dishonest business.
