Good place for convenience in washing your car, but I didn't have coins to operate the vacuum, so I couldn't use them. They may need to consider upgrading the payment option on the vacuum system. Other than that, 5 ️

Took the car through the laser wash and I kid you not, the car came out just as dirty as it went in. I was expecting some bug marks remaining but all the dust was still there as if it hadn’t gone through the car wash. Absolute waste of money. Don’t waste your time.

Just drove out of the car wash which I used to find friendly and efficient. Today I had a rude, cranky older man reeking of cigarettes barking orders at me. I won’t be back.

I go through the auto wash occasionally, $19 for gold seems steep at first but staff here offer pre-wash that makes a huge difference. Great service

I had a great wash today by 2 middle aged men - an absolute contrast from the car wash i had from North Wyong. I overheard one of the men say how sick he felt - and i felt for him. This didn't stop him from providing top-notch service. I wish him good fortune.

If your car is really dirty, better to use the self wash bays, not the drive through.

I was told the vacuums were so good I'd never use my home vacuum again, but it didn't get the hair out easily

The guys that work there are very friendly I would like to see a sail to cover us from the sun when drying your car or vacuum cleaning it.excellent car wash

Came here on 16th October 2021. Greeted by Extremely Rude workers that were cleaning the car before heading into the automated car wash. And don’t waste your money for the $19 package which includes drying as it didn’t do anything. Wouldn’t go here again. Customer service horrible

Went through car wash, bugs didn't come off, mentioned to workers, they did a hand wash, and went through again for free which was nice of them, but bugs didn't come off the front mirrors or roof racks, looks like won't be using the service no more as it does a bad job, $19 for nothing

I've been coming to this car wash for awhile and appreciated the convenience of the facilities but today was the first time I've been greeted by the staff and offered for my car to have a pre-wash and soak before using the automatic car wash. Thanks guys, massively appreciate it!

Automatic car wash absolutely useless didn't even half clean the car complete waste of 19dollars

Best carwash on central coast! The guys meticulously go over the outside by hand which I was very grateful for as I've been stuck in bed for nearly 6 months so my much loved car hadn't received the love and care she deserves. And for the GOLD SERVICE WASH, the price of $20 is very reasonable.they are friendly and seem willing to do wateva possible to make sure that you are happy! GOOD JOB GUYS!

Got everything I expected. I was able to give a good self car wash to my 4wd. Tar remover would be nice to have.

Good car wash. The time per dollar ratio in the wash bays could be a little better but if you're quick and not too fussy, you can wash and vacuum your car for around $10.

Remember to NEVER use those scrubbing brushes if you care about your paint, they all contain built up dirt and sand from previous washes which WILL put tiny scratches in your clear coat. Over time those scratches will make some parts of your car look like it has a matte finish (not in a good way). It will lose its shine. Just use the pressure washer and ideally bring your own clean sponge.

The customer service is horrible, my partner and I were sworn and talked to rudely. Would not recommend, better off going to Gosford.

Very disappointed with the automatic car wash. Basically it moved the dirt around the car. I paid $19 came home and washed the car myself

Great automatic car wash and the give its i once over with product before you even get in the wash Exellent value for money!

Auto carwash is so-so, fine for a quick trip but not a fantastic clean. Top shelf dogwash though, best one I've been to yet.
