Just had most informative musical experience the team here were great with some great information, what a wealth of knowledge! Pianos not only being best at what this team does but the range of music literature, percussion, guitars, keyboards and the fact that just About anything could be ordered in was outstanding.we will be back thank you team CMC what customer service is all about!

A good little music shop which also offers servicing of just about all instruments. This was the only place that took on servicing my daughter’s clarinet before the school term started. All the “woodwind” music shops claimed to be too busy.

Had a huge day visiting 5 music stores today, and this was my favourite.
Such a unique collection of basses on offer, in a world where music stores are practically forced to be fender-mongers.
I live ages away but I'll make the effort to drive and see what's in stock again soon.
Also the only place I've found in Sydney which sells my favourite Viennese guitar/bass strings, and at eBay prices.
Everyone there was super accommodating. No pressure, just good vibes.

Ordered an item online, they did not post it until 30 days and 2 emails later. Not a post / shipping issue - the store did not send the item. Disappointed.

I almost thought it’s a scam. The person on the phone gave me a price that is $100 more than their online price… when I told him that, he was like: come and see us, gotta go!

So it’s like purchasing a car in a dealer and you need to negotiate with them? Anyone wants to purchase from them should be careful with their pricing…

Ordered an in stock item on 30 July yet mailed on 18 August. Here we are 23 August and still no delivery? Why does it take 3 weeks to mail an order out that is in stock? Poor service Carlingford Music.

Great store, sales experience and support. Purchased an upright piano and they honor the sale price from an expired ad - awesome. Best to go in store and try the real product, the best way to choose and sounds amazing in person and in store.

Bought a jewharp in feb and I still havent gotten it (over 4 months ago). Called customer service in march, they said it would be delivered in early April. I also emailed customer service in March and got an acknowledgement email back but never got an actual response to my questions. Don’t buy anything from here you will get ripped off.

Ordered on Saturday evening 30 APR 22. Item was available for collection yesterday 10 MAY 22. I had no order confirmation by 03 MAY 22.
I contacted the store on that day from which I was given an apology and an offer of a free item for which I was appreciative. It was shipped 03 MAY 22. I had selected the Express Postage option. I received the item I paid for however I did not receive the express postage I paid for. I wonder, if I had not contacted the store, would I still be waiting. The free item looks to be a cleaning cloth. I am sorry but that is not good enough. I understand Australia Post/ StarTrack, whoever it was that picked it up, also has a hand to play in this but I thought opting for the express postage would prioritize my order somewhat in the online ordering program.
Your online ordering, postage process needs review in my opinion.

I would think of Carlingford Music Centre again for any future custom but at the moment I am not in a hurry to do so.

I wish I could give Carlingford music 10 stars for their amazing service. I badly wanted the Studiologic Numa Organ 2 to replace my 1963 Hammond RT-3 and had many questions which were promptly and politely answered. I excitedly bought the Numa 2 which was happily price matched for me and less than a week later my Numa arrived safe and sound! I’ve never experienced a more friendly and helpful service. Will buy again and Thank you!

Customer care is satisfactory, if not excellent. No parking nearby. Prices are exorbitant as you can expect, this being a rare service.

Bought an item online, after 3 weeks got in touch to ask for a tracking number, was told it’s on its way. 3 weeks later I ask again, I am told it’s on back order for another 3 months, only after I had them on the phone… nothing offered to compensate.never again I will buy from this place, plain simple.

I waited a couple of weeks for an order that I placed.

After calling and speaking to Ned I was informed that this item is currently experiencing supply shortages.

Ned was quick to help me resolve this. Unfortunately I needed to opt for a refund, but Ned’s service was very much appreciated.
