Understanding and friendly receptionists at front desk who answered my questions on how the walkins and appointments work. Health care for my children and family has been professional and respectful at this medical clinic.

1 days ago we went there to visit them, they rudely rejected us. Even after confirmation of walk-in over the phone for morning visit. Even requesting twice to let us in, they didn't listen seeing our child is sick. We had to rush to other centre. After 1 days (Today), baby got severe, and is admitted in hospital Worst centre to visit ever.

This medical Centre is one of the best Centre's I have ever been to. They are the kindest people in Riverwood that can understand me.

These guys are brilliant. Difficult to find doctors that give you time to process and understand your body and to ask questions. Although there is a bit of a wait to see one of the doctors, I believe it is worth it when it comes to health. Dr. Tarun Chauhan is patient, empathetic and systematic in his approach.
I have also seen a great physio at this Centre. I highly recommend Cartitas Medical Centre

People this is the best Dr you are ever going to see. Dr Tarun Chauhan's patience is second to none. He is kind, helpful and knows the best Specialists, Xray etc people to send you to if you need further help.
Caritas's token system works well. I don't want to go to a Dr that sees me in 5 minutes. I appreciate that Dr Chauhan spends time with his patients.
He has another Dr at his practice.
Dr Stephanie Kirk, with whom you can make appointments if you wish. She is lovely and also very knowledgeable.
Caritas Medical Centre also has a Physiologist, Physio, Podiatrist. Dietician, Excercise Physio and a Practice Nurse to mention a few.
My parents went to his parents (retired Dr's) when I was a kid. After moving back from the country after 30 years it was a breath of fresh air to find such a wonderful Dr.
Caritas also Bulk Bills something I hadn't had in 30 years either. The reception staff are kind, caring and approachable at all times.
Couldn't suggest a better GP. Dr Tarun Chauhan is the best.

Waited for 2 hours to see Dr Tarun Chauhan but I must say that he was worth the wait. I have been looking for a good GP for a long time and I am glad to have found Dr Tarun. Although I waited that long, he spent almost an hour with me and my bub anyway and addressed all my concerns about my little bub and explained everything to me thoroughly. I have never come across a GP who's willing to spend time with you and entertain all your questions and doesn't rush so they can move on to the next patient. I can see that he values giving quality service and care to his patients. He made me feel comfortable and has put my mind at ease about my bub. Highly recommend Dr Tarun!

Dr Chauhan has been our family Dr and friend since taking over from his mum who was also our family Dr. Have always been treated amazing and would never go anywhere else. Treats us very special as a person not a number.thank you

Receptionist would not get my resolt from my old dr when I told her to so I can see this dr soon and she did not understand or explain andything to me. I was abit offedid by this and would appreshiate if they were more help full. As resolt I’m not seeing this dr at all. Sorry

Dr. Chauhan is the best one among the 3 GPs I've tried. He respects people's time and he is genuine about caring for his clients. Highly recommended.

My family, friends and I highly recommend! Dr Chauhan and his team. Dr Chauhan and his team are very professional, thorough, caring, respectful and the list goes on. Dr Chauhan spends so much time investing your health issues, and nothing is never a problem. Dr Chauhan always goes that extra mile.
There is always many of patients to see Dr Chauhan. It all speaks for itself, when myself, my family, friends are waiting there at 6am. We would not choose to go anywhere else. Dr Chauhan and his Team are a great asset to Riverwood! How lucky are we.

Very Bad experience. Front desk staff are brick walls. Do not help and yell if u ask questions. I asked to see the Dr for my meds and they said sorry the Dr can’t see new patients he is busy and to come back at 2pm and i will be first one in but I wasn’t. They can’t community properly. The girl is 1m tall and obviously has trouble using her brain and explaining things to new patients. I do not recommend anyone to see him.

After a long search, we finally found an amazing Gp. He is so professional and so thorough as well as human and caring all at the same time. He doesnt rush us and takes the time to address all our concerns. We defiantly need more caring doctors like this in our system. Thank God the search is over! His staff are also really super and so accommodating. What a relief to find this type of Dr's practice.

Highly recommended! Dr Chauhan and his team of efficient, friendly staff is an absolute asset to Riverwood and I would not go anywhere else! Dr Chauhan has cared for myself, my parents, sister, aunts/uncles and now my own children for many years. His patient, friendly, and investigated mannerism is what makes a great GP. Dr Chauhan takes his time to investigate your health concern unlike many local doctors who hastily write a prescription and send you on your way.
If the line up from 6am is anything to go by, I'm sure you would agree this is a sign of a wonderful GP.

Poor reception staff that are unable to attend to patient needs. Lack of professionalism, receptionist wants to get rid of you and doesn't tolerate any questions or helps out with anything. Very disappointing and was turned down. Although i wanted to see this doctor i was turned down by very lazy, unprofessional, unclear and uncaring staff. Sorry for bad review but disappointing experience. DO NOT GO HERE!

Not professional at all. Me and my family were not respected, the receptionist did not acknowledge us or care about our health. She told us that the doctor has a dinner and cannot see us and my sister had a heart rate of 140 beats per minute! Staff needs to be trained better! Completely disregarded us and continued vacuuming around our feet. No wonder she doesn't know how to address health problems they have hired a 1m tall cleaner as a receptionist.

Absolutely disgusting service, waited at the front desk for 15min while some Indian looking receptionist (Who did not even acknowledge us) was in the back vacuuming and taking her time. Get yourself a cleaner. Not recommended to anyone if this is who is running the practice! And after all that she tells us that "Dr Cannot see you because he has a dinner to get to".

I have had nothing but excellent service from this medical centre.
Dr. Tarun Chauhan is extremely proffessional, friendly and very thorough with examinations.
You just have to look at the queue at the door every morning to see how popular this practice is.

On my wife's recommendation, I reluctantly came to see Dr Tarun because I was still going to see my doctor in the suburb where I used to live and I'd been going there for for over a decade.

What a wonderful experience! It's no wonder that my wife and children absolutely adore him. I cannot recommend highly him enough.
