I worked for this company in the Head Office Hornsby for about 6 months. I found that all the staff there overall to be a group of lovely people. All the staff in the office were constantly trying to improve themselves to provide the best service for their customers. Personally I really don't see what all these complaints are about. If something ever happens to me and I become disabled the first company I will contact to be looked after is Caring Approach.

I have use this agency regularly over the last five or six years in both Sydney and Canberra. I am a high-level quadriplegic I have always found them great to deal with and very accommodating. I have found the administration staff and all the carers who have done my complex personal care to be excellent.

I have been with Caring Approach for 3 years. They have been nothing but professional and very, very caring. The company has been very generous with its time, often helping me out without being paid for its services. I recommend Caring Approach without any reservations.

Had to deal with this agency in Canberra for 2 years! Horrible management team with no organisation. This company is only after money and doesn’t care about clients or staff! They don’t even have any policies and protocols in effect to deal with any scenarios at work.
Would not recommend!
