Gary really did help me during what was an extremely difficult time for me at work.

I really had no idea what to expect or what it would involve and part of me was sceptical as I had not engaged with a career coach before.

After the initial consultation, to discuss my situation and speaking to other career coaches, it was clear that Gary cared and was a good fit for me. Gary is understanding, level-headed, and able to put things into perspective and has been a great sounding board, as well as a voice of reason. It has allowed me to focus on the right things in life and areas of improvement in my career and in general. It was great to have someone to speak to with zero judgment and provide excellent advice that I could apply and help improve how I look at things.

I am now in a better place, I can really see my career potential and write my own career story.
