71 Servicing was disappointing.
Upon filtering these reviews it appears the servicing department is getting the lowest ratings. My experience may be a minor disappointment but never-the-less it means we won't be going back because customer service and experience is very important to me.
I was initially impressed with the drop off service and the ability to be offered additional services such as wheel rotation and alignment by text messaging. I opted for both.
I used the same message service later in the day to enquire if it was ready. I was informed that it was in line for the alignment and rotation. 20 minutes later I was informed it was ready, wow that was quick.
I went to pick it up and was given a detailed list of work that was carried out. I went to the car and immediately noticed the wheels had not been rotated. I pointed this out and received a brief apology and an offer to credit or have it done another day.
I chose to take it back the next week. When I returned I was told they were really flat out and I felt it was a real inconvenience that I had returned on the day and time that I said I would. The rotation did get done but now it leaves me wondering what else actually got done. Like I said, it's a minor disappointment, but even a reasonable experience would not have generated this kind of doubt so, all told, this is enough for me to decide not to go there again.
Chris and the entire team have been fantastic through the whole process. No pressure and provided regular updates. Fantastic!
Highly recommend Michael from Cardiff Kia. So happy with the price and all the help he gave us choosing my new car.

I recently called in at Cardiff Kia to enquire if they stocked a spare part that I needed for the radio that had disintegrated and fallen off
The workers at the desk were so unhelpful and unfriendly and had no interest in helping me that I walked out disgusted with their surly attitude
Maybe some extra training on how to be polite and friendly instead of rude and disinterested

I brought a 2020 kia cerato sport+ in
2020 19th February from cardiff kia brand new, but out of all honesty it’s been a really great car had no faults at all besides the flex joint of the exhaust that had to be replaced under warranty recently.
Now I was driving home from work on Sunday afternoon 22/01/23 and had the engine pretty much giveway on me with no warning lights or anything at all, making horrible sounds when accelerating/idling like it’s going to blow up, still drivable with only so much power, but i am not risking driving it at all or it’s going to cause further damage to the engine which i don’t want.
I’ve contacted Maitland Kia (as its the closest dealership to home) and i feel very unimpressed with the outcome as my (reliable) 2020 kia cerato sport+ is my only transportation to and from work which is an hour drive, early to late hours, i told kia that i need it to be dealt with straight away as i need to go to work to be able to pay my bills, i was not offered an hire car for the time being left stranded an was told sorry we can’t help you, you’ll have to wait till 13th February (3weeks) until it can get looked at. Great car but Absolutely useless…

Updated our 2016 Sorento to a sports + 2022 Sorento. Had great help and advice from Michael who kept us well informed of the delivery day and guided us through the new features of the car on pickup day. Well done
I went to Kia Cardiff April 2022 looking for a new Kia Rio & met Michael, I have a bad back so Michael showed me a new Kia Stonic around the same price as Kia Rio & it was easier to get in & out of, the Kia Stonic is higher then the Kia Rio & around the same size as a Kia Rio, I wanted smaller car + Alloy wheels, roof racks all the extras & bought the Kia Stonic Sports car.
EXELLENT morning with Michael, he said my new car will be here within 2 months it came within 1 month, Michael kept me up-dated & informed when my new Kia Stonic Sports was coming, was at Sydney then ready to pick up, really good service. Had a good time it.
Everyone was very helpful and all so nice would definitely recommend people going there and to see Charlie
They could have at least taken my mother out for a meal and a few drinks before they f%#*! D her! Saved her whole life to experience the pleasure of the new car experience and within the first year has had the motor replaced (sand in the oil left over from the sandblasting of the block during manufacture) and now has had a gearbox fail all within the first 20,000km (motor was after 3k). Kia can’t be bothered to return her calls, neither can the dealership, and when she finally does get onto someone they either accuse her of putting sand in her own gas tank or flat out refuse to offer her anything close to help. This dealership and their sales team is as bad as the Kia Stonics they are trying to flog for too dollar. Avoid at all costs!
I just want to say all the staff at Cardiff Kia were so friendly and welcoming. I had the honour of meeting Charlie, he made buying my first car exciting and stress free. I waited almost 2 months for my Stonic to arrive and within those 2 months Charlie would keep in contact and let me know how things were going. When it came to picking up my car Charlie was on Annual leave, (I forgot his name and I feel terrible) but the guy who did the hand over was amazing, he was very professional and showed me everything I needed to know. I am so happy and stoked with how quick my car arrived and how amazing the staff were, especially Charlie. Thank you Cardiff Kia:)
We went to try Kia Sorento GT today. Michael the sales assistant was lovely. He made sure we were told all the features, pros and cons. He gave us personalized treatment.
Car service today, good reception staff, express car service was prompt, all good no complaints
