Car wash isn't good, supposed to blow dry your car, doesn't, car leaves still covered in soap and water and dirt, you can't clean a car properly without touching it!

Service was very good but the auto wash didn't do a very good job.
Maybe my car was too grubby for it?
I was going to go back but ran out of time.

My car came out squeaky clean, good value. The only problem was the unfriendly staff. Otherwise I think Car lovers wash is a go to.

Took my car to the car wash on Wednesday and it didn’t clean it very well and left spot marks and just wasn’t at good experience

Perfectly good car wash, the price is pretty outrageous. When I was last in Turramurra Sydney the same car wash cost $16 and here in Port it’s $28.

This is the only car wash that I will use in Port Macquarie. The service is fantastic and the staff are so friendly and helpful and have great attention to detail. The young man Graeson is always such a pleasure to deal with.

Very disappointed in my last wash, car had been washed prior to going on dirt road so took it in for another wash down, there was still plenty of red dirt around crevices on car, you could even see where the wash went past the tires and only half the black tyre was clean, with car washes being so expensive now I expected more from it.

The staff are always lovely, willing to help and even have a quick chat with the kids while we wait!

We went to get the car washed and it barely removed any dirt or marks. Some parts weren’t cleaned at all. We had to wash it by hand later on.

Two automatic 'laser' wash bays, one with drying. Also self serve bays, etc.
Attendant on duty from 8.00am 7 days if not raining.
The automatic brushless system is as good as can be expected.
Cost varies of course on the wash program, and I suppose is reasonable over all.

Went through thr laser wash paid $25 for full wash didn't get out and check car but when we travelled back down the road 30 minutes got out and both sides if car were still covered in mud as well as parts of the back of car.

A great facility, pretty much the best in Port & with the best location.

Has all the facilities of a typical car wash. Has four main manual opereted wash bays & one automatic wash bay, that all operate under high pressure water jets combined with chemical sprays.

Manual bays are coin operated & based on a set timer for each wash cycle that is selected. There is a note to coin conversion machine which is located near the main office in order to provide more coins as needed.

The wash Machines operate on 1 & 2 dollar coins. Only downside with coin machine is that it doesn't accept $50 notes, only $20 notes or lower.

The auto wash has the advantage of being a touch free wash, with 3 different wash cycles, light, moderate, & extreme. It is also auto pay operated, using notes or coins, & now even accepts cards via pay-wave.

Facility has several vacuum cleaners available which are of a heavy duty commercial standard, & are quite powerful with long hoses, making them very useful.

Manual bays have a soaping soft brush to use on very dirty vehicles if required, & are coin operated just like the gurney in each bay.

Main office is open during standard business hours including weekends, & is staffed by one person to help with any issues or problems.

Only downsides are that there is no public toilets available, & also the place can get quite busy depending on the times & day in question. Large queues can also occur with the auto wash.

Plus sides are the opening hours, & that the facilities are open beyond business hours & operate automatically up until 10pm each day.

Overall, good business with good facilities & services. Highly recommended.

Went through the auto brushless wash. Just needed to get rid of the grime before applying polish myself. Did a good a job as any of those washes.

I guess to the owner or owners I seriously think you should check what's happening with supply of cleaning products with car washing, multiple times I have been and the soap or polish ect either takes way to long or just doesn't come out at all, spoken to several different staff people and have been told different things ranging from the boss will just say dont worry about it or they havnt got any to put in it, seems a bit cheeky to blatantly do that, clearly loosing buisness, it is in a handy location and open 24 hr but something seriously needs to change, dont recommend anyone use the car wash until it does change, just wasting money. Had a reply supposedly from the owner of car wash, basically had same answer, just dont know, as recommended try the other car wash.

Just not a good car wash utensils are outdated the brushes don’t clean properly the high pressure soap doesn’t have much soap in it and the vacuums don’t have much suction to even pick up surface sand.
Wouldn’t recommend going there definitely needs a revamp of utensils!

$18 and I had to come and wash myself never again didn't even clean the rims or the back of the car so disappointed edit 7/1/22 still won't go back

Good modern car wash. No need to take roof aerial off or put side mirrors in. Cleans car well. Go for mid range price if want dry and a better job $20. The $15 also does a good job. $25 for full wax & polished. The lowest price you do still get the water wax protector coat, but no dry.
