Car Park

You can't have two different carpark and charge people for multiple entry. This is ripping people off. Stop this practice ASAP

The worst place at Rip Off Car Park. We went to the restaurant side and parked just over an hour to eat. Then we went to the supermarket on the opposite side and took the car over there. We only stayed there for about 20 minutes and then when we exited, we were charged. The reason was multiple entry. The treated as the same car park even though there is no signage to that effect at The Entrance. The front only said the free parking time. If we left the car on the opposite side we would not have been charged. The combined stay was under the free limit. We find this very deceptive and clearly they do not welcome people to use multiple shops in the vicinity. We will take this into account and not shop extensively in this area in future.

Overpriced car park. It's a joint carpark between Aldi and Wotso. Be careful if you exceed the 2 hrs limit. It's a ripped off. RUDE Customer service representative.

Didn't realise the outside car park on the other side of the street was the same car park. Got charged $20 for 1h26m after moving my car.

Don't park here cheating parking.was charged $10 for 1h 16 minutes. There is a sign says 2h free parking.

They don't comply with the law. Their ticket machine is ALWAYS out of paper so you never get the invoice. Not legal.

The system of this parking area is linked with the car park system located on the other side of the street, which means they belong to the same company. You will be seen as double entry if you enter these two car parks in the same day, and pay for the parking fee. No sign in any car park to explain how does this work, different car parks has different parking limit, no parking ticket and credit card receipt issued, no contact details for the company is available Online which makes even harder to make a formal complaint. This is definitely misleading info

Avoid this parking at any cost, pls! Stated 2 hours free on the entrance however, if you have entered any other car park in North Strathfield, this car park will charge you from the moment you enter it. Parked for 1hour 28 mins and I was charged $10! It is a pure rip off, in addition, there is a 2.5% surcharge on any card payment, and you have no other option to pay!

IMPORTANT: DO NOT PARK HERE! It clearly stipulates 2 hours free but I was charged $10 for the 1hr I was parked there.
There is no administrator you can speak to to rectify the problem. I should've read the reviews before I parked here, but I hope this comment helps others. Do not get ripped off! This place deserves 0 stars

Seems to be a recurring theme from the previous reviews. Entered car park twice within the same day, total time parked did not accumlate to over two free hours. However his 'system' captured time between first entry and last exit. Only posting this so others are aware, since clearly he is still getting away with it.

Apparently the eftpos machine wasn’t working. So I paid $10 for my car and also for mates car behind me as they had no cash. After I drove off he closed the gate and wouldn’t let them through until they went and withdraw cash and paid another $10. He claimed it was $20 for my car and $10 for them for no apparent reason! Worst car park in Sydney.

Had a dispute over an issue that they charged be $10 for 1 hour and 7 minutes! The excuse was that I had parked earlier in the day! No where on a signe is there a anything clear that it states a 24hour total! Scam artist! 0 star for service, management and communication!
