Michael was very quick to respond to my request for a quote, gave a competitive price and came on the same day we confirmed we wanted to go ahead. He coded a new key for our 2012 Audi Q5 in no time and even reset a random dashboard light that had been bothering us!

I called to enquire for a key replacement, first call he wasn’t available so he said he would call back soon (no big deal). I didn’t receive a call back so I called him again after an hour or so, and was met with someone quite rude on the other end of the line, who seemingly forgotten that I had called earlier. They were then disrespectful with answering my queries making me feel unwelcome and an inconvenience to them. I did not end up going through a key replacement with this company.
