Staff were friendly and accomodating. No stupid questions, quick answers for the minor troubleshooting after install. Done with no fuss. Brought my ute's sound system screaming into this century. Happy with the product, pricing, and service.

Took my truck to get a new stereo and 6x9 speakers, i am so happy with the system its the best that has even been in the truck, all the speaker's and amps were tightly secured and i had to bring it back to do some fine tuning wich was done straight away no questions asked wich was so handy.
The customer service at this place is top shelf as phil went above and beyond fixing my ignition barrel with out being asked wich just shows his work ethic and craftmanship.
I highy recomend this place and will be sending future trucks and cars to him and recomend him to all my mates.
Well done Car Audii Excelence Penrith.

I drove from Bondi to Penrith to have a 10.1 inch floating Kenwood installed because CAE were the only shop to assure me they could do it for my make/model car. Can’t fault the Kenwood but the installation was appalling. From the beginning It made a terrible metallic rattling sound even over general road buzz. Later I noticed some damage/scratching had been caused to the centre console panels and A/C dial. (Over $400 to replace). When reported, CAE suggested I return to Penrith (from Bondi) to have it inspected. Not wanting to drive 90 minutes and wait another 90 minutes to have them recheck their original work I investigated myself. The 4 screws intended to secure the floating screen to the internals were all missing washers and there was a 2mm play in between! CAE suggested I come back to Penrith to fix. I did it myself and saved approximately 4 hours and $20 on tolls. Later the front parking camera they installed with the Kenwood stopped working. I investigated. It turns out the camera’s wiring hadn’t been fixed correctly and was hanging well below the bottom grill. CAE suggested I come back to Penrith to fix. I fixed that myself too, saving more on tolls and time. When I listed all the issues in a final email CAE assured me the owner would call to discuss and resolve. Instead they emailed saying the owner tried to call (without leaving a voicemail). As of writing I haven’t heard back from CAE. Given the interior damage, poor installation and loose camera wiring it’s fair to expect compensation or a refund of some kind to make this right. I might have excused one of the mentioned problems but three significant issues with one installation is not good enough. Terrible - I do not recommend.

First impression the staff member that served me was very nice. Then from there on I was highly disappointed! Informed the staff member that I had received as a birthday gift a Kenwood head unit and a pair of Kenwood 6" speakers to in install in my 1998 model corolla. The staff member then informed me that we will need the car for 2-3 hours, no problem I said what will this cost me? I was then informed $300. So I refuse to back there and I took my car to my local auto electrician and he installed all for $150. And I'm extremely happy with the job. Please explain how you justify the extra $150? Its just a plain simply car no rocket science behind it.

Positive experience with my first install however 2 different cars 2 separate installations one had to be returned as the head unit was not installed correctly I still had dramas with the unit so I decided to get a second opinion. To my surprise it was a poor quality install causing all sorts of problems. My next install they broke my mirror switch on a door trim and said nothing about it. Poor service and poor quality of workmanship buyer beware as they are a hit and miss.

Highly recommend the guys from CAE I had a apple car play new speakers the works installed in my Suzuki swift and it’s bloody amazing sounds fantastic n just makes my life so much easier I can’t thank Phil n the guys for CAE enough they out did them selves quick reliable service………. 10/10

I bought a car off someone, prior to buying the car the previous owner had a sound system installed in the car by this store, after buying the car the sound couldn't go pass volume 10 without the amp turning off, I took it back and all they did was play with the gains and equaliser and said its all fixed, 1 week later its even worse, I don't live no where near you so going back a second time will be hassle and a waste of time since it should of been properly looked at the first time. Also I'm not a professional but aren't power and ground cable meant to be as far away from each other? It's literally using the same conduit?

They're really nice, pricing needed some clarification but they did their best with the difficult circumstances I had and they were super patient and kind and respectful. Will 1000% be going back.

We have had all of our family cars fitted with dashcams and light bars and couldn't rate them high enough. The customer service/installation is excellent and product walk through is done clearly.
Excellent all round.

My experience wasn't good. Had three attempts at installing my head unit correctly in a basic 99 excel. Put incorrect screws in head unit which resulted in it becoming loose. Left clips out which resulted in the facia not sitting in place properly.

Phillip and his staff did a fantastic job installing a Kenwood head unit in my Range Rover recently. Very impressed with the level of professionalism and Phil’s excellent knowledge and advice. Definitely be getting my future business.

The technicians were great but the young lady in the customer service area was rude and making snarky comments about my dash cam brand, when in reality the issue was not because of the brand, it was because of the way they installed it.

100% would NOT recommend if you take pride in your car! Whoever worked on my car there thought it was ok to screw a bracket into my steering column!
Now I am left to source and purchase a new part for my car because of their carelessness!
I am furious! $180 and a 6 week wait for parts to replace something in MY car that was damaged due to someone’s negligence.
I take pride in my car and try my best to keep it in perfect condition then they decide it’s ok to go screw holes in it without even thinking to ask first!
I definitely regret my decision to take my car here!
