The worst real estate agency in Sydney; their agent 'Lin Lao San' resigned without informing the landlord. Moreover, he pretended that he was still employed and kept contacting us. The promised free three months of management fees have not been waived for us until now.

I had a very good experience with Eddie and Andy. They were very professional.

Probably the worst experience I ever had from a real state agency, I wish I could give them a -10, agent Mandy Zhang was horrible she did not reply to emails, really bad communication skills for someone on a managerial position and poor customer service when it comes to tenants, on the last inspection we had an issue with a door handle and she told my partner “ask your husband to fix it is very easy” when we left the property she did whatever she could to take money from our bond as she said we stain the carpet, carpet that already was on a really bad condition, full of marks and stains and we mentioned this on the first report when we moved in, she claimed wear and tear as property damage she was holding our bond for as long as she could just to make everything more tedious for us, if you looking to rent make a favour to yourself and don’t go with capstone they are money grubbers and they overprice all properties cause they know they can take advantage of the current rental situation in Sydney.

During the challenging times of COVID-19, his unwavering support and understanding were invaluable. I am truly grateful for his assistance and couldn't have asked for a better property manager. On a scale of 1 to 10, John deserves a perfect score of 10. He exemplifies excellence in his role, and I consider myself fortunate to have him managing my property.

Worst property agency to deal with. Their Property Manager Andy Lu never bother to fix the faulty kitchen rangehood ending up the matter went to the NSW Tenancy Tribunal where they got the order to fix it.

Right after the tribunal order, the owner put the rent increase and delay the fix just to kick us out. Dodge company, please stay away from them.

In 2021, I rented an apartment through capstone. After the lease expired, they didn't maliciously withhold my bonds. It was very smooth from renting to leaving. Andy received me. It was very good. He would respond to every request
