Despite over 2 decades of property accounting experience Capstone could not secure me a role and they did not put my details forward for many roles for which I thought I would be ideal. In fact they did not forward my details for any roles. Not one. They would tell me I had too much experience or too little or I did not fit their clients requirements but I think they lied to me. I felt they were being ageist and my age (45 years old) was the only reason they would refuse to put my details forward. I can tell when someone is lying to me and Loressa's explanations just didn't cut it for me.
